It's pretty easy to make an appointment on line. You pick your service and the person you want to schedule it with. Since I've never been to this place before and don't know anyone I just picked the first available appointment that worked for me. My appointment was with Love Forero. She did a great job with my haircut. My hair felt light and refreshed after she styled it. The staff were very friendly and seemed very laid back. The salon itself is very clean and has a vintage Americana vibe. They are located in a small shopping strip mall on N. Pleasanburg Drive. There's enough parking spaces in front of their building. Overall great experience and I think I found my new go to salon.

Beautiful salon with great energy and amazing talent!…read more The vibes were vibing, and I absolutely loved my hairstylist, Josue. He gave me a gorgeous, dimensional balayage that added depth and lightness in all the right places--super natural and flattering. This was back in August, and the toner he used lasted for ages. I only just recently redyed my hair back to my natural color, and it had held up beautifully until then. Josue was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Honestly, he's one of the most talented stylists I've come across, and it was clear he really cared about the end result.

I came in wanting something specific and went in with an appointment through Andrea Michele. I knew after my personal dye jobs I may not get what I want. She did a test strand on 2 different parts since my hair started two different shades. After the test my hair wasn't strong enough to get what I envisioned. Ultimately the choice was mine and she came up with another idea. I decided to go through with it. I had my hair washed and it was given plenty of love along with a cut and style. Overall I'm very happy with my hair and it feels healthier and hopefully over time I will get healthy enough hair to do what I wanted. Andrea was super sweet and made me feel super relaxed and like my choice and vision . mattered. It you want to feel taken care of this is the place for you.

I also was in search of a salon that was diverse and open to people from all walks of life. Fringe met all of those requirements. I have now had 2 haircuts from Shannon Loveless. I am in my 30s and I have finally found the one! I truly wish my hair grew faster so I could see her more often. I will be moving from the area next year and if my lifestyle could afford it I would fly back to get my hair done by Shannon. I cannot recommend her enough. She genuinely welcomes you into the space and makes you feel comfortable as you explain what you would like. I have fine hair but there is a lot of it and Shannon is gentle and precise. She goes at your pace and checks in with you throughout the haircut to make sure the length she is cutting is still okay with you. The conversation is always fun and flows smoothly. Both times I have had the hour-long haircut service. I think it is priced fairly, and you are absolutely getting your money's worth. Booking online on Fringe's website is super easy. If you have questions you can call and are prompted to leave a voicemail and Fringe is really good about calling you back in a timely manner.

She listened to what I wanted (and not all stylists follow this simple strategy) and my color and cut turned out exactly how I had hoped. The cost was in line with the service. Turned out my bangs were a bit too long and it took me awhile to schedule a bang trim due to work schedule. I left a message and the front desk got me scheduled quickly after I called in and Kaylee - again - fixed them up quickly and they're perfect - NC. Rewind to a few weeks ago, I also had a great manicure with Catherine and a pedicure with Clo (I had to reschedule and Catherine was unavailable before the holiday) and I just didn't have time to write a review. I can't say enough good things about how great both were. Right on time, and each service was great! Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new home salon!
