Really wanted to go here but this place is long gone. It's closed/gone/empty. Time Machine required.

I just had an unfortunate experience with Angie, after another stylist messed up my nails. I got my…read morenails done here Dec 5. I travel for work every few months, so this was my first time going to this nail salon. I got dip, which I have always gotten for years. As soon as I got home afterwards, I immediately noticed the dip was like cracking in a weird way i've never even seen before. I took pics, because they were already closed and I was leaving early the next day for a trip. The nails kept getting worse and worse. I texted the SALON phone number listed on the website Wednesday morning (it stated you could call or text). I have attached screenshots of the text interaction. I thought I made it clear that I wanted them fixed, since they were not done properly. Surely thinking there's no way they would charge me with the time stamped pictures showing the damage. I assumed I was speaking with the owner, since that's who texted back. Idk if Angie really is the owner or not. Flash forward to today when she (Angie) fixed them. I sat down and she did them. I even told her during it that they're really thin because he drilled them way too thin. As I go to start grabbing my things when she's finished, she asks if I'm paying with cash or card. I politely said, "oh... I thought I wasn't going to be paying since you were fixing them." We just stared at each other for a few seconds and then she said well she's not him and he's not here. I was like, "okay... well as I said, I didn't want the person who messed them up in the first place to fix them." I could clearly see she was going to stand her ground; she was saying they're two separate people or whatnot. I said, "I will pay if that's what you're requesting, but I will have to leave a bad review warning people not to come here." as I start to get my credit card out, she said, "It's fine. Apparently I work for free." Very unprofessional interaction. There was no need for her attitude. Don't let the older gentlemen who smokes do your nails. And if they did a bad job and you need them fixed, you better make sure they're not expecting you to pay a second time because they messed up the first time.

Communication and serving the public could all be improved…read more I booked a fill for my acrylic nails. When I arrive, they inform me that the person who only does acrylic is not available. Even though I had booked a service to fill acrylic nails. Though I got a very nice pedicure and book the acrylic nails the next day. When I arrived, the technician informed me that I had to take off a few of my nails, which I did not want to do. I just wanted to fill. She refused to do just to fill unless I agreed to remove the two nails. So I finally agreed, I needed this done. Amy then decided she wasn't going to do it today because did not agree with her right away. But she said she would booked me for another day. Which was totally weird because why would she do it then? What a waste of my time and two days. Very unprofessional. I've had acrylic nails for 40 years and I was shocked at the lack of customer service.

It was a weird experience. I had never been there. I walked in and said "HI!" There were three…read moreemployees and two customers. They asked me what I wanted and I responded "a pedicure, please". They didn't say anything so I asked them if I should pick my color while I pointed too the wall of polish. The woman who I'm guessing is the owner, said 'no....here's a book, sit on the couch and pick from the book.' I thought that was odd, but i did it. A man pointed to where I should sit and as i began to soak my feet he gave me a laminated menu of services. I picked the second level pedicure, a $47 pedicure. I closed my eyes for most of it, and was thinking that this was a very good pedicure. I was surprised that I didn't need to go under a dryer, and that he was able to file a couple of spots after polishing. I get up to leave and make a comment about what a quick dry this was and head to the cash register. The total rings up with the tip at $74!!!! he swipes my card and then I begin to question the total price. He starts using a word I don't understand due to a language barrier, so the owner comes over. She said I ordered a shellac polish (or something like that). I'm standing there looking at both of them like ....WHAT?? She said "You order the shellac" and I reply "I absolutely did not!" so after going back and forth she says 'you want a refund?' and I say 'yes!' The man who did my pedicure grabs his tip and jams it into his pocket while she proceeds to give me a $15.00 refund on my credit card. Then she says " now you pick a color' as she points to the wall of polish. I'm so confused ....she says 'I give you refund now I take off the shellac ' I say to her 'you want to remove what you did and paint it again?' The man who did my feet looks at me and shakes his head no and tells me to just go. I wouldn't go back there if it was the last place to get a pedicure in this valley. I never asked for this shellac...I've NEVER asked for a shellac in my life and it looks terrible. total SCAM

I showed her a picture that had builder gel (which is pretty common nail art) and she told me she doesn't do those. So I picked out a new design that's fairly simple. She told me it'd cost $120, which at the time felt fair; During this whole process, she was impatient, rushed her work, and barley communicated what she was doing. The nail art is crappy and Not even 12 hours later (the same day), the polish is already peeling. This set was not worth the Money.
