Excellent care and courteous professional staff. Was in and out in an hour and received a top to bottom adjustment. Recommended.

Location: This office is located AT the UA Student Rec Center, but has its own door outside (so if…read moreyou end up inside the gym, you've gone astray). You'll also need a parking pass. You can use any UA permit, or Drayer can provide one for you. Billing: It was a little weird because even though they are located on campus, they are considered out of network under the student health insurance. This led to some very convoluted explanations at my first appointment where they couldn't seem to answer my questions (if this goes against my deductible, what happens when I meet the deductible? Seemed to be a mystery). They ended up charging me $250 right off the bat and then billing the rest. Honestly, I never did figure out what the heck was going on with that, which is a bit frustrating. Length of appointments: I spent around 45 minutes of my first visit doing paperwork and dealing with that. I tended to mentally allow an hour for regular appointments, but they varied, so if you're trying to get back to work, it may get a bit tricky. Actual care: So, I want to emphasize that these people are all really nice and really knowledgeable. They want to help you so, so much, and are all unfailingly cheerful. However, something that ended up really bothering me was that they tend to overlap clients and switch around therapists. So I would arrive for an appointment and Helper A would have me start a warmup. Then Therapist A (who had done my initial assessment and treatment plan) would work with me, perhaps coming and going between finishing up another client while Helper B might take over to oversee some exercises, etc. Additionally, they didn't always schedule me with the same therapist. I get that they're all very capable, but if Therapist A has a plan for me but I see Therapist B, who is nice but just carrying out what's written down and can't tell me what the end game is, several times in a row, that is super annoying. I would rather work around scheduling with the same person than end up, as I did, very frustrated with seeing that I was just repeating my at-home exercises (some of which were now aggravating me) under Therapist B's supervision, with no clue of the ultimate plan (when my insurance only paid for 12 visits). Therapist B even made sure to schedule me an appointment with Therapist A so we could chat about that, except the day of, they for some reason switched clients, which completely defeated the point. Ultimately, when I finally saw Therapist A again, I was pretty dang frustrated and about 9 visits in, so it was a relief when she suggested I could just be done. So while I won't hesitate very much in recommending Drayer, I think I'd also suggest that you try, really really hard, to stick with one person and insist on knowing what the progression of your treatment will be.
