DON'T PROCESS YOUR TAXES WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS!!!! Tax preparer Nancy is the f@*%ing worse. After explaining to her over and over again how I have filed my taxes with my previous preparer for the past 20 years, she took it upon herself to do what she wanted. At the end of the day, the IRS will come after me not the tax preparer. I felt bullied, pressured, and could definitely feel the racial tension. This office REFUSED to refund me the fee of $175. Absolutely unprofessional! Partner used their services and has be appalled by their lack of professionalism. He had an appointment weeks prior to tax deadline and was called the day taxes were due to request additional paperwork even though they stated previously that they had everything they needed. Has not received a return and we are not even sure the taxes were actually done. Office is never open and there is no way to leave a message-no answering machine. We can't even get his paperwork back!! Business needs to be shut down! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! read more
