She is unstoppable just like her motto..but most of all she is reputable and very knowledgeable about what she does. She demonstrates a passion for helping everyone out. Sofia and her team especially Lorena demonstrated the will and love to help. They answered to everyone of my questions..even the silly ones. They took care of us and it was so very easy to trust them. They always kept us informed and literally held our hands the whole way through. We found our house in less then six months. During our journey we were taken to see different houses, she knew exactly what we were searching for. She had knowledge of those properties and always sought out for the best for us especially our son. Sofia has the best contacts. She shared them with us and we were also treated the same way with courteous and respect. We were important to all her contacts. It was more then a pleasure to work with Sofia and her team. It was a true blessing. We are first time buyers and we could not have found a better realtor. Sofia is on top of her career she is on fire and is always learning more and always giving back to the community. Her drive and passion is what made it very simple to hire her. She was highly recommended and I can see why. She is such a blessing and such a wonderful leader. Her team is always willing to answer any questions and they make themselves available all the time. Lorena is such a delight. She showed us our house and others but knew which one we wanted right away. She is very nice and she will stand up for her clients at all costs. Believe me when I say they are serious at what they do..and most importantly the love they exude when dealing with their clients. Lorena also welcomed us for our new home shortly after. I recommend Sofia, Lorena and her team. They are the best there is. We are so content and satisfied with are choice of realtor. They broke the mold. There is no one better. Thank you Sofia for making our dream come true. For allowing us to have a home to come home to. For allowing our son to have a home to start and make new memories. For allowing my husband to have more then a property to his name you gave him a meaning a a true definition as to why he decided to come to this country. You completed our lives and for that we are so ever grateful to you. read more

Sofia, Lorena and their team will always have a very big place in my heart. I highly highly recommend them. Here is my story about how we met.. I was at a Starbucks having a coffee when I overheard a conversation between two ladies ranting and raving about the positive experience of buying a home (In my mind I thought Yeah right!). At the end of the conversation one of the ladies asked the other for the realtors name, which was Sofia Chacon........ I got home texted my husband and said "Lets buy a house?, " he jokingly said alright but find the best agent that you can find in the Inland Empire. So I yelped best agent in Inland Empire and guess who named came up? Sofia Chacon. .. I thought WOW.... that is the realtor that those ladies were talking about. I called Sofia that Thursday afternoon, she gathered our information and by Friday morning we were pre approved. We spent some time with her on Saturday gathering information, that same day she showed us properties. To be honest my husband and I were in disbelief that we were buying a house. Nonetheless we kept moving forward in the search.. Sofia shared that she had an awesome agent on her team that she would like to also make available to us in the search, we agreed. Lorena, oh my goodness she was heaven sent..... What an Amazing woman to say the least!!! Lorena was very professional, knowledgeable, persistent, intuitive, supportive and positive. Lorena went above and beyond as a realtor. She over-exceeded our expectations of her. Lorena and I saw 36 homes together until we found the one. The process in getting the One for us was extremely smooth everything just feel into its place. I attribute that to Lorena and Sofia working behind the scenes... Thank you for an amazing job.... Jorge and Noemi Corona will forever be grateful to you both. read more

Calling Sofia Chacon Group, to help me sell my home turned out to be the best decision of my new transition. Sofia presented a plan to sell my house; her price analysis was right on point, making sure she captures every insight of interest marketable in the area. Most importantly I have bought and sold a house before and I have never encountered such a level of excellence. From her helpful strategic suggestions how to stage my house, the professional pictures of the house were gorgeous, I couldn't believe it was actually my house. I knew I was getting the BEST professionals on my side. She always had my best interest in mind; Sofia immediately assigned to work with me the following team members; Transaction Coordinator Beatrice Ramirez, Listing Coordinator Kerstin O'Mara and Business Development Director George Chacon, receiving friendly and most professional updates of the sale at regular basis. We received an offer in less than a week and the house sold above asking price in less than a week. In my opinion, home selling or buying is a very stressful! However, my team of professions walked me through the process all the way up to the close of escrow, and made my experience as stress free as possible; I am so grateful to each and everyone at Sofia Chacon Group. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOFIA CHACON GROUP! read more

Sofia Chacon helped me purchase my first property September of 2013. After meeting with her she sat down with me for an hour to explain the entire process and to ensure that i understood what i was going to be up against. That is when she informed me that based on my qualification of $180,000 and the payment that i could afford, that i had to start off with a Condo, not a house like i had hoped for. I was relieved to be working with someone that was honest from day one, even if it was not what i wanted to hear. I had worked with different real estate agents before and they just seemed to disappear. They seemed eager at first, then wouldn't call me back. Sofia was exceptional through out the entire process. She quickly found me a condo in a very nice area, she knew about the area and found me a condo. My condo had offers already, but she worked hard and got my offer accepted. I am a home owner because of Sofia, she is very dedicated and passionate about being a real estate agent. Her real estate services really impressed me, i will alway recommend her, and will go back to her to purchase a home after i build some equity. Please call her, leave her a message if she doesn't pick up, don't move on to another realtor, she is the best. She also sold a home for my co-worker, she sold it over asking price within a week. read more

This is when Yelp really allows clients to assist others in finding great service and relationships. I was in the market for a home. When looking for a realtor, I some bad experiences in the past. Sofia was referred to me for my real estate needs. Best referral I ever got. When buying a home, such a big investment, you want someone to treat you like they care and behave like your the only client they have. Well, Sofia did just that. She gave me the attention like no other. When I was ready to buy a particular house (somewhat settling) she called me and actually said She found the perfect home for me. She asked me to check it out and thank god I did. I made an offer based on her industry experience and My offer was accepted over 7 others. I purchased a home I love and thanks to Sofia, the process was awesome. She became like a sister. It is just in her character to treat people well. If you want a realtor to handle any real estate needs, look no further than Sofia Chacon. On a side note, I see a review by a Richard S on Sofia. All I can say is sometimes the client is really the problem. With all these other great experiences with Sofia, I would take Richard S's comments with a heavy grain of salt. That is nothing like Sofia. Trust the majority of people that really appreciated the great job Sofia did. read more

I met Sofia on a Cruise ship several years ago, and we hit it off right away. Sofia is friendly, outgoing and connects with people easily. Her kind and caring demeanor shines right through her. We immediately became friends and remained in contact via social media. I can see that she's not only very successful but passionate about what she does. She has a very positive attitude and always gives it her all. When the time came for me to sell our home, she's the first person I thought of because she's a go getter, enjoys helping others, and most importantly, loves what she does and is very good at it. I contacted Sofia and she immediately looked into it. I knew right away that we would be well taken care of. She referred me to an agent closer to my homes as I lived in Northern California at the time. She stayed on top of our transaction and we were able to move on. Sofia is very knowledgeable. She has great communication skills and genuinely cares about what she does. Give her a call, you will immediately feel peace of mind as she handles your transaction. I highly recommend Sofia to anyone. She will get the job done!!! read more

Sofia Chacon Group were a blessing from the start! We met with Sofia Chacon personally and with one of her team members, Sofia Moreno who was assigned to help us find our new home. Sofia Moreno new exactly what we were looking for and gave special attention to every little detail from our "must haves" to our personal "non-essential" likes! She found them! She didn't waste any time in showing us around from house to house that was within our preferred living area and house details. She negotiated costs when needed and always got us the best price! With her delightful and patient attitude, she made our house hunting venture a lot of fun! She made the entire process less stressful than we had anticipated. Both Sofia's were very personable and open and got to know us in order to help us find our perfect home! If you are looking for agents you can trust, who are upfront, efficient, professional, knowledgeable with attention to detail and very caring, I highly recommend Sofia Chacon Group, and if Sofia Moreno happens to be your assigned agent, that will be an added blessing for you and your family! read more

Last year I had started having financial problems that lead to unwillingly have to sell my house. That was the only way that I was going to get out of debt. I was looking for someone in real estate that actually knew what they where doing. Not everybody out there knows how things really work, they just want to make their $$ and you never see them again! My brother recommended Sofia. I called her and briefly explained my situation, she said she would be able to help but needed more in depth information. We met for dinner in the next 3 days. From the moment I met her I felt some weight off my shoulders. She told me not to worry about anything that she was going to take care of it all. For the next 10 months she was working around the clock to solve my problems. There was times when I just wanted to give up and she said "NO". She helped with things that are not even real estate related. She worked hard and at the end everything was solved!! I know for a fact that what she did no other agent would of done!! If you need to sell buy or short sale she and her team are the perfect people to trust!!! read more

Marcela Rodriguez was an amazing realtor for me and my family. She was always so accommodating & made me feel like she truly put my family first when it came to the home buying process. Our entire home buying experience was so positive because of Marcela. I have recommended her to all my family and friends. When my husband and I were looking for a home to purchase, we had 2 toddlers running around and making the process that much more challenging, but Marcela was always supportive and very patient. She truly looks out for you and your family and what is best for you. I believe that's what makes Marcela so unique from other realtors out there. I have had experiences with other realtors before I met Marcela, and that's why I dropped them, they were very pushy and everything had to be on their time. Marcela worked hard to work around our schedule. She even worked on Sunday!!! We love you Marcela! Thank you for everything, I look forward to continue using your services in the future. read more

I have nothing but the best of words to say about George and his team. Due to George and his extremely dedicated hard work I now have the home of my dreams! George dedicated countless hours to helping me find the perfect home for me and I couldn't be any happier. George and his team were there for me every moment of the house buying process. If I had a random question late at night about something I was worried about George was there to answer. Him and his team made it easy for me to sleep especially since the house buying process can be a bit stressful! Down to the last seconds before I walked into the house he was there with everyone text, phone call or email. The morning I got the keys to the house hi m and his daughter were there helping get the house put together and ready for me and my family. I beyond highly recommend George and his team to anyone who is looking to purchase there own home. I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

We had a very positive experience working with George of the Sophia Chacon Group. We truly appreciated the fact that he was more than willing to work with our schedules. We had the poor guy showing houses to us on weekends mostly but all day Sunday a couple times and some days after 5pm, he was driving through terrible traffic for us to accommodate our times of availability. He was on top of contacting sellers and their agents as soon as we decided on a day to see the homes. We saw over 30 houses in the span of 2-3 weeks and we closed on our chosen home within 3 weeks of making our offer thanks to George and his affiliates' guidance and diligence. Overall we are very happy, this was our first home buying experience and it felt like smooth sailing all throughout the process. Thank you George and Sophia Chacon Group! We will definitely be in touch with them again if/when the time comes to make our next purchase! read more

The Sofia Chacon Group was the best thing we could come across as first time home buyers. I really appreciate Melvin Gonzalez for all he has done for my my family and I.I highly recommend him to help in the searching of your new home. This gentleman has taken it upon himself to really dig and search for homes within our budget. I thank him for his continuous patience, knowledge and guidance in our search.(We can be picky lol) As first time home buyers we were skeptical and wary of seeking any group so I went to many to see what they had to offer. In the end, the Sofia Chacon Group was something that felt right for us because they are professionals in guiding your family through the home buying process. They really do their homework when it comes to the searching of the homes. Thank you Melvin and thank you Sofia Chacon Group for taking the time to really listen to your buyers wants and needs. : read more

Sofia Chacon Group was truly the best thing to happen to our family. As first time home buyers, the process can be stressful and overwhelming. Our realtor, Cindy Carroll, made our journey enjoyable and easy to understand. She went above and beyond to handle anything that we were unsure of and handled any issue that may have come up. She put in countless hours for us, making sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. From the very beginning, she was determined and proactive in finding us the right home. We could not have accomplished this dream with out Cindy! Norma, the transaction coordinator, also did everything in her power to ensure that we closed when we wanted to close, and we did!! The hard work was truly done by Sofia Chacon's staff, allowing us to enjoy the home buying process! Thank you to everyone here who helped us achieve our dream home! read more
