I'm really impressed with this Lufkin office. I've called the national number & Beaumont & have been treated by robotic people with robotic answers. Lufkin answers promptly, are very pleasant & super helpful. They actually research your question if they don't know the answer immediately. I spoke with Mr Robles who was from a different dept but helping with the calls & he researched my issue, took Care of the issue & then called me the next morning to tell me it was resolved AND. Sent a message to my online account! Are you kidding me? If the whole country was run like this!!
