Her instructor gave her some space to feel out the class- the environment, the people, and before I knew it, she was engaging in some of the movements. It was perfect. There were some really creative ways to get kids moving- I was particularly fond of hearing the mix of different music ensembles and the rope lights on the floor. I danced for 16 years myself and it makes me want to embrace that part of me I thought I lost long ago with an adult class as well.

For example, they do not install a whole mirror to cover the side of the wall, so students can not see how they are dancing. Learning new movements of hip-hop dance is important, but also checking oneself is important with the body's lines while dancing. Also, the class was dirty and not organized as if being in a big garage. For this reason, I did not go back to the place to register Hip-pop class and started looking for other places, and I found an online class for myself.
