Tri County Trappers were recommended by my pest control company to get rid of two swallow nests in…read morethe upper eaves of our two-story home. The swallows were dropping bird excrement on the patio deck and outside lighting. Tri County came out quickly and assessed the situation in June, and provided several options for removal, clean-up, and prevention of further nesting. Since we were unable to remove the nests until they were completely empty in October, with a simple call and Tri County Trappers completed the removal and sterilized all affected surfaces. We appreciated that they affirmed the original estimate, although months had passed, and were respectful of our property to leave their work area clean and spotless as if they were never there, minus the nests and bird excrement.

What we initially thought was 3 skunks, turned to be at least 6. Shad came by and placed traps for us (shout out to Shad!) and we caught one the next evening. I called the next morning and Mike came by to remove skunk #1. Later that evening we caught another, and shad came the next morning. Last evening, we caught 3!!! And back came Shad. Once we get all of them out, we are going to demolish the shed where they have been nesting. Luckily breeding season just ended so we're hopeful none return until next year. He did not overlap each section, and within a year, half of the caging was loose, and around every corner, the caging came off. I tried for six weeks to get him to come out and fix his work. He at first said sure I would be out in the next few days. Well, after four weeks of hearing that and he never showed up, his new excuse was it is not under warranty after a year. I told him I understood if the materials were not under warranty anymore, but that I still needed him to come out and fix his work and that I would be happy to pay, I just needed it all caged back up to ensure pigeons did not nest again. Once again, he promised he would be out, and yet, two weeks went by, and nothing, not a word,​ and he started dodging my calls. So while he might respond in the begging, if you ever need follow up service or for him fix his work, he will not do it!! They explained everything in as much detail as I wanted and answered all of my questions. They checked up with me everyday and needed to come out twice: once for an opossum and once for a racoon. They provided suggestions for entry points around the house. Very importantly, once it was called all clear for animals, Ben went under the house and thoroughly checked it all out so that I could close up the vent that was completely pulled out of the opening.
