So disappointing! We typically use DP Bounce or Dr Phillips Bounce, but Orlando Fun Party Rentals…read morehad some games that the others didn't have, that were more suited to a carnival theme. The primary issue is that two of the three games didn't work. The inflatable skeeball machine came with a torn power cord for the blower. The inside wires were clearly exposed, and as a result, it kept deflating. With a lot of duct tape, we were able to get it to function for the three hours. The other, which operated on just a simple 9v battery, died after one use, and of course, we didn't have another 9v battery. Fortunately, a neighbor did, so we were able to get it fixed within an hour. (The third game did not have any electronic parts.) They were also very odd with the contract. You pay a deposit, then - even though they have your credit card - you have to "authorize payment" in full two day before. Totally fine. Except that I did authorize payment both by email and text, well in advance of the deadline - and they STILL cancelled my order and attempted to charge me a "reinstatement fee," which I had to call to fight with them to get it removed. Failed to respond to emails asking for additional rental of tables. We also had to pay a "late pickup" fee because our event started at 6, and they refused to pick up any later than 9pm, despite paying the late pick up fee and repeated requests over the weeks leading up to the event, including offers to pay more for a later pick up. Literally, kids are playing at 9:03, and they disconnected the power. Overall, they just weren't nice, and the equipment was pretty sad and worn down. Definitely will stick with the tried and true companies, who seem to appreciate their customers and to understand that renting party stuff should be JOYFUL and FUN, not mean and difficult.

The women was knowledgeable of my venue, she had great suggestions, and was very kind. We needed to be able to flip our ceremony space into our dinning area space and she made me feel so much more comfortable with that turnaround. We visited the showroom and Jourdain was extremely helpful in picking out colored linens that worked best for us. They were also very accommodating and let us pick up our napkin linens a few days early to be able to roll the silverware ahead of time. Making changes to our reservation was easy and simple. The prices were reasonable and the products were higher quality than other vendors. The day of deliveries went extremely smooth. The workers even waited with the tables in the truck until after the ceremony so we could flip the space. I would highly recommend A Chair Affair. They made it as stress free as it could be.

That's why we were so excited to discover Meak Soft Play here in Central Florida! From the very beginning, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, organized, and their pricing for the four package options was very reasonable. We ended up going with the "K" Package, which included a 14x14 setup complete with our choice of two mat colors, fenced play areas, a ball pit, climbing structures, cubes, a rocker, a stationary structure, animal hoppers, a climbing tunnel, and even a bounce house. The kids ABSOLUTELY loved it. It was so much fun watching them safely play, climb, bounce, and burn off energy for hours. Honestly, the setup was such a hit that the adults almost wanted a turn too. And as a dad, I especially appreciated that the kids were so entertained I actually got to eat some of the cake while it was still intact... which might be the rarest party miracle of all. We've already been recommending Meak Soft Play to friends and family and will definitely be using them again for future events! One Note: If you want to reach out and contact them the best way to do so is through their website or their Social Media since they don't have a dedicated phsyical space yet!
