I can't say enough good things about this company. Mike is definitely in the right business. He gave me a Reasonable quote over the phone and never tried to adjust his pricing after arriving on the job (which is common in many contractors). Even after finding (to my shock) the spa filled completely to the brim with water (I told him it was empty-because I thought it was), he just said "no problem, it will drain in less than 10 minutes" and it did. No added costs from him, which I LOVED! Mike doesn't mess around. He cut my spa into 3 sections in no time. He and his worker move FAST. It's quite an operation of deconstruction engineering at its finest. I could tell Mike has been doing this for years. He removed all my old equipment and recommend leaving an electrical panel, but was happy to remove it too (no extra charge). I chose to keep it. He capped off my gas line and cut the water PVC pipes down low to the grass so you don't trip He definitely left my concrete slab cleaner than he found it and I'm glad I found him. Mike gave a reasonable quote and detailed the services that are included with the price. No back and forth or over-quoting or if's and but's. He did not request to see the area or photos, but he was very clear in his email his working conditions ("No very narrow passageway or steps, stairs or slopes, the spa is not set in a concrete vault or wood deck"). After appointment was scheduled, Mike and his helper showed up on time and were in and out of my house in about 1.5 hours. They pumped the water out of the tub into the yard, disconnected the electrical, and cut my spa into 4 pieces to haul away. It is harder than the YouTube video makes it look, it's a mess and large item pick up does not include cut up spas.
