They were professional from our first contact, arranging a visit and as soon as we walked in both my son (single father to his son) and myself (Grandmother where I am his mothering figure) both said 'YES'. My Grandson loves that place. He has some additional needs and Little Acorns supported and quickly made the necessary referrals for our boy. He is sadly moving on to a school nursery in September. However, will be back in the School Holidays. Pure gem of a place and you will not be disappointed. THANKS TO ALL AT LITTLE ACORNS

He learned so much here and made lovely friends and absolutely loved all the teachers, We were both in tears when we left! I literally can't recommend this nursery & pre-school enough! Your children will be loved and looked after but also with fantastic structure and support.

They will also continue caring for her as they have this fantastic Wrap Around service - where they will drop her off to school for us, and even collect her after she finishes half day, give her some lunch and afternoon tea, and we can collect her when we finish work. She can also attend there on school holidays and inset days - which s fantastic as we both work. The have just spent over £30,000 in an enormous up grade and the buliding looks stunning and more spacious. The staff are very caring and kind. You feel like you are part of a large family and your child feels at home. They really do care about the parents/carers as well as the children. All the children have parent's meeting at least once a year where you meet with your child's keyworker and get an actual 'school report' on the progress of your child- even the babies which is really cute. You can meet with the Directors who are very hands on, down to earth people when you need to and there is an Area Manager who covers both of the nurseries and she manages the day to day running of the nurseries. There is an email address where you can make contact with the Managers or Directors if you are not able to get to the nursery meetings or make any suggestions. I would highly recommend this nursery as the place for your child - it gives you completly at ease and when you leave your child - you are comfortable in the knowledge that your child will be well looked after with lots of hugs and cuddles.

Further they had failed to notice for 8 hours that my daughter had suffered serious injuries, in which two of her front teeth where pushed up into her gums. In last 6 months another toddler fractured arm. I would not recommend this Nursery.

Yet another brilliantly run nursery. I can recommend Teddies, located on Langley Road in Beckenham,…read moreas I worked there for quite a long time. This nursery is light and airy and very modern with a lovely outside space that gets used everyday by the children. The nursery is split into three groups depending on age and is situated on three levels. Tidiness and hygiene are very important here as well as ratios and welfare. Working with children is a very enjoyable thing and also having the comfort that your children are being looked after and are enjoying their time whilst learning is important to parents. Teddies will cater to both, whether you're looking to work with children or want to find your children a place to have fun and learn at a young age.

I had never used an agency before and wasn't sure what to expect, but our agent, Ilaria, really listened to our needs. She gave us great advice and selected five nannies for us within just a few days, all with impressive resumes! Ilaria organized the interviews, and we met our nanny, Anna, as soon as we arrived in London. Our little girl usually doesn't warm up to strangers, but she bonded with Anna right away! Anna was so well-prepared--she took Sophie to Hyde Park, museums, and even gave us a few activity ideas. She was incredibly kind, flexible, and even babysat overnight when my husband and I took a weekend trip to the Cotswolds. Thank you Ilaria and Nanny&Butler! We will use this agency again when we come back to London!

We have found a suitable candidate within several weeks and have extended the offer, which was subsequently accepted. We have paid Nanny and Butler fees upon offer acceptance. However, the candidate has subsequently decided to decline the offer before the start date due to personal circumstances. We have asked the agency for a refund of the fees until the new candidate was found; at that point, the agency became very unresponsive, with multiple emails and calls going unanswered; no refund was given up until now. Considering that there are multiple similar agencies that provide identical service would recommend to avoid this one.
