We've actually seen the grass tech out their treating our lawn. We actually talked to him before the process and right after to give us some helpful hints. Very nice and friendly. We try to get more bang for our buck and we felt like their prices were pretty reasonable.

This company has little to no communication about when applications will be applied to the yard (he claims I should be on 3rd application however my yard has only been sprayed once which he verified). I have called in several times last year and again this spring/summer to address thistles coming back and nothing has been done and no call back. When I requested a refund for the remaining 3 treatments I was told all pre payments are non refundable, I asked why is that not disclosed when the customer calls in to make the prepayment with no response from Ryan. I hope the owner sees this review and makes some staffing changes for the sake of their company.
