This place is the best. It is a full service for both men and women. My husband is the hardest person to please when it comes to getting a haircut. He has literally gotten up during two haircuts at other salons and walked out to finish the job at home himself. On a whim we stopped at this new place. I got my haircut for the first time yesterday. I usually go in with my boyfriend for his cuts, but I wanted something new for me. Irma gave me a longer a-like bob and I LOVE it! With me, I always get the same boring haircut: layers, but I told her that she could do whatever she wanted. Through the whole process, she explained to me what she was doing and why, which I really appreciated. She washed, conditioned, cut, dried, & styled my hair, even when I just wanted a wash and cut. And this was all for the same price. She really took her time and made sure every detail was just right. When she finished with the cut, she showed me front and back of it to make sure I was happy. She really exceeded my expectations and every time I'm there, I always feel welcomed and at home. Not only is Snippz great at men's haircuts, but I was extremely happy with my haircut. They truly know their craft and I trust them 100% with my hair. If I were to get this somewhere else, I would be charged $75+. I was in a pinch for a family photo and my usual barber wasn't available, so I Yelp on my way home driving through Carbon Canyon. This is your best rated barber shop in the area and the prices aren't too bad. All the photos of cuts look great, but it looks like all the barbers are... ladies. I was wary, but the pictures spoke for themselves, so let's give it a try. I arrived around 4pm on a Tuesday, just before they got a rush of customers, so I only waited about 5 minutes. They had three ladies working at the time. Customer service was pretty great, the ladies were personable and loquacious. I did not catch my barber's name, but it wasn't the owner. She was working next to us. When it comes to the goods, I got a very nice cut. I have very thick, coarse hair with a loose curl, so it's never an easy cut for me. My barber did well taking care of it, however (and this is why they don't get 5 stars) I asked for a medium drop fade. My barber did just about as well as anyone ever has on me with the skin fade, but she went just about as high as you could with it. It was pretty clean, but it wasn't exactly what I asked for. Been to Snippz twice now. Originally just a trial run to see if I no longer had to drive 30 min to get a great cut. Well I went again today and received the same great customer service and quality cut I received the first time. Rosie is great and got me to come back a few weeks later for another visit. I decided to go in to get a haircut and I came out with one of the best haircuts of my life. Rosie and Jazmin are extremely detailed! I typically have to go over my haircut at home to cut all the long hairs other barbers miss but Rosie and Jazmin do amazing work! I got the Snippz special for guys the second time around and I felt like I was getting pampered. The hot towel was BOMB! I"m a Barber myself and I follow this shop on instagram. However, I had never visited this shop before today and I am in no way connected to them. As a matter of fact, I consider them competition, because I have a Barber business in a neighboring city. The shop is really nice and set up very well (kudos to Rosie the owner). When I walked in everyone welcomed me to the shop which was a very nice touch. I made an appointment online prior to going in but a glitch in their system failed to alert the Barber I was supposed to see. No problem, technology is like that sometimes and I can honestly say it has happened in my business as well. Anyway, JASMINE was not busy and welcomed me to her chair. She was very attentive while she listened to how I wanted my hair and provided an interactive consultation to make sure we were on the same page. Jasmine did a great job with my haircut. She combined great clipper work with skilled shear work (which is rare these days) and produced exactly what I wanted. She pays attention to the small details of a haircut and cleaned it up with a nice neck shave. If I was hiring Barbers, I would want her on my team. I would Highly recommend her as a Barber. I brought my son for his first hair cut. I was super nervous because it was his FIRST haircut and he is 4. I made an appointment with Jason in didn't see any reviews on here with his name so that made me a little more nervous. When I walked in he greeted me says he'd be right with me he was cleaning his station. I was taking pictures of my son's hair and was approached with my a women she was super nice and welcoming (I didn't catch her name). I had seen a picture online of what we wanted but I couldn't find it. I was trying to hurry up and locate the picture. She assured me to take my time cause it was a big decision and wanted us to be completely happy. I explained what I wanted and extremely happy with the results. Jason was awesome with my son and did an awesome job. I was extremely satisfied with his hair and my son was too. He even got compliments from other customers. Making appointment is easy and it's all online with a few clicks. I did not regret going with Drew. He took his time to cut my hair. By the time he was done, it had been an hour already. Cannot explain how grateful we are to find an Amazing person to cut my boy's (Hubby & son) hair. After many "mishaps" we found Snippz on instagram. The owner (from my understanding) left a barber shop literally down the street from my house and opened her own shop in Chino. When we decided to try it out my husband called and was told they had openings as they had just opened 1 week before we went. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the owner and she told me Jazmin would be cutting my son's hair. I was skeptical about a female barber cutting his hair as we had BAD experiences in the past. But..... HALLELUJAH!!!! Jazmin nailed the cut I asked for. His hair blended great. Not patchy or with steps. Best of all my son said "I like her. She didn't pull my hair and it was fast". SOLD! If you know my son, you know he would wait until he could to cut his hair. Now he's the one on top of it. Both my husband and son drive from Fontana to Chino just so Jazmin can cut their hair. I would definitely make an appointment. The shop does charge $2 or $3 to make an appointment to ensure less last minute cancellations but a couple of dollars is worth it. Unless u want them wait (wouldn't recommend it, cuz you will be waiting A LONG TIME!)Definitely recommend this place. Especially Jazmin! read more

Been seeing Rosie for my hair needs for 10 years, even before she had opened up her own shop. She now cuts my hair, my 6 and 4 year old daughters, my 2 year old son, and my wife! She is a licensed cosmetologist and barber as well so she knows how to do it all. She's my one stop shop and she always does her best for her clients! She has great prices and does equally as great on women's hair as she does in men's! She has great pride in her shop and the people she has hired cutting alongside her. this shop is a JOKE when it comes to walk in customers. Snippz's main focus is all about appointments. I understand appointments are faster and you don't have to wait as long. If you want your shop to be by appointments only than you should state that! They had 4 barbers on the floor and they were all booked with appointments. They should have at least one extra barber on the floor for walk in customers if that's the case, especially considering the time of the year. Schools are starting.. I watched about 5 customers walk in and walk right out after hearing it'll be more then an hour wait due to every barber having an appointment soon. as I was sitting there waiting, two barbers walk to the back , assuming a break room, to wait for their next appointment instead of taking the walk in customer that has been waiting before me. I over heard a barber tell a customer that's been waiting as long as I have that once the barber comes back from lunch she'll help you. I sat there and watch the barber come back from lunch and waited until her appointment came in instead of helping a walk in. Now the walk in customer had to wait even longer until the other barber came back from the break room. There's no type of hustle here. They all move at a slow pace. I picked up a vibe that barbers takes their time on cutting hair so they can paste the appointment schedule, so they won't have to cut walk ins. For this shop being as nice as it is, it should be more professional and have more hustle..i seen a customer walk in and sit down then a barber asked did you sign in.. customer said no, I have a appointment with you. Barber said could you sign in. Customer gives weird look then signs in. Customer sits back down then barber walks to the sign in sheet crossing the name out then calls customer to the chair. That made my day.. and I've only came here a few times because it was conveniently close but its going to be the last time I ever go. For whatever reason, all the "kid salons" were closed thia day/time so I called Snippz and asked if they cut baby's hair. We were warmly welcomed and serviced by Sam, who was AWESOME at cutting my boy's hair.
