The actual salon is lovely with alot of gold accessories including some amazing gold chairs which is what drew me into the salon in the first place when it opened. They seem to have thought about lots of little details which make a visit to the hairdressers special, I even got Oreo's and praline seashells with my cup of tea not the usual tasteless biscuit in a plastic wrapper that I've had in other salons. So overall good hair, lovely decor, fab service. I reckon it's one of Leicester's hidden gems so go and try it out before they get too busy.

I will say with colour she can be pushy as can most hair stylists in my experience whereby they insist on doing something regardless of you saying not to e.g. I wanted half a head of colour she insisted on a full head...oh well. The blow out looked good right until date time in the evening which is a bonus! Drinks are on point esp the hot chocolate with cream. Reasonable prices for a haircut and one of the nicer salons in this small chain.

Very disappointed with the cut and service I received, I have curly hair and as it is fine I…read morecannot dry with hair dryer the hairdresser was prepared to let me walk out of the saloon with wet hair when I mentioned it was cold out she then suggested she put me under a round dryer, once I was home I checked my hair with my daughter in law and we noticed long stands of hair that hadn't been cut and she had to trim my hair so it was even. I phoned and complained around 10am I finally received a call around 3pm unfortunately I was at the theatre and unable to talks the call, the message from the manager said she would call again an Monday 7 days later I'm still waiting. I will certainly not be returning to that saloon again

I booked a Groupon offer for this salon which was supposed to be colour, Moroccan Oil treatment,…read morecur and finish. they asked me to come in 48 hours before for a patch test which I did (14th Dec 2011) my appointment was 9am on 16th Dec. I arrived as planned and the hairdresser informed me that she was not going to honour any of the Groupon vouchers. No warning, no phone call, no customer service. Didn't care that I had paid, fair and square for my deal. Didn't mention it on the test visit and couldn't be bothered to phone me to save me the 30 mile round trip. I think any hairdresser who would do this, because they had issues with Groupon DOES NOT DESERVE CUSTOM. I should add Groupon have been great and refunded but I am still left needing my hair done a week before Christmas and the night of a party.
