FIRED!!! This practice IS NOT SAFE! Provider was always burnt out and inattentive. Towards the end of my relationship with them I had to micromanage the staff in order to bypass their incompetency. Looking for the worst possible mental health experience that money can buy? LOOK NO FURTHER! Want all your medication refill and appointment scheduling outsourced to another country? THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I requested my monthly medication refill on February 8th of 2023. I went away that weekend on a vacation and I came back, no word on the refill. Called back, they said they would send it in. I am now on day number 17 without them refilling my prescription correctly. It took 12 days for my provider, Dr. Mahreen Rashiid to send my script. The first time she sent it in, she sent it with the wrong DEA #. I communicated this to the outsourced call center that I am 1000000% convinced is not actually located in America, and she sent the script back in. She inputted the wrong DEA number again. Figuring 3rd time is the charm, I actually had to physically meet Dr Rashiid over a zoom call, where she promptly told me she would send the information over again as I told her what was going on with the DEA number. Instead of calling the pharmacy directly with me on the zoom call like a decent person would have done, she ended the call and sent in the script 3 HOURS LATER 7:43pm on a freaking Friday. And guess what? Wrong DEA number again. I even spoke to the pharmacy myself and they were very aware of who I was as they said they had even walked Mahreen through the process and even told her what number to enter, and she still submitted it wrong. The level of incompetence is frankly awe-inspiring. So yeah, go to SNB care if you want to have to make 37 calls to their outsourced call techs who can't put you through with anyone who actually works at the office. The one or two times I was able to get through to an actual staff member on site, they were actually GREAT to talk to. Hannah I believe her name was. They said they would contact the director herself to get this straightened out, and yet here we are. Anyone know if gross medical incompetence in delaying a patient's medicine is considered malpractice in RI? This place blows. 0 stars. UPDATE 1.14.25 Also go here if you like getting charged no show fees for being late to appointments you don't even schedule! The new policy of the Pakistani based call center is to just give you an appointment even if you don't answer their calls. If you don't show up, guess what, that'll be $75 thank you very much. It is always a smooth experience when I call SNB Care . Whether it be needing to talk with my counselor as I am treated for my anxiety and attention disorder, changing appointments , bill payment etc. I have had nothing but good experiences. My counselor is exceptional and she really hears me. The young woman at the front desk who does intake has to be truly one of the most personable and patient people that I have ever spoken to on the telephone. She is in the Framingham office and her name is Olivia Parkin. Her people skills are notable as she has even called me to see how I am doing. I do have difficult days and she is very attentive to that. I was flabergasted when she took the initiative to call to ask how I was doing . It really made my day. A rare gift she is. The billing department too, very polite and I couldn't ask for more . Especially Olivia though, she really goes out of her way . So a big thank you to SNB and miss Olivia ! read more

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE IF YOU ACTUALLY VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS. I would give zero stars if I could. This place has been AWFUL. Every time I call they have no idea what is going on. As my prescriber they don't even know which med or dosage I am on. They consistently ask me to resend information that I did at intake. In short, they are very disorganized. But my biggest complaint by far, is that I now don't have the medication I need because someone at SNB failed to do their job. Withdrawal from this med is insane and yet that is what I have to deal with now because I cannot afford the out of pocket cost. I was prescribed this medication in May of 2022. It took until AUGUST 2022 to get the insurance authorization. Yet even then, SNB was not aware of the approval. I had to physically take the letter from my insurance co to the pharmacy myself in order to get the meds. Now, only two months/refills later, I am being told there is no auth on file. Why not? If I have months of refills on a medication that requires authorization, why wasn't that taken care of in advance? Especially since I called SNB last week to make sure it would be ready for my pick up today. Why even have a PA dept if they are useless? read more

I started using this office at the start of covid. Never a doctor. Only a nurse practitioner. She is sweet. I have twice run out of meds and called in to a man named Alex that takes your call. The amount of gratitude i have for this company, & their staff is extreme and i cant sit here And say enough because regardless of what you may have read, im walking proof this place is serious, helpful, compassionate, friendly, empathetic & truly amazing! Just like any place you'd go in life, weather it be the doctors or a pizzeria or the beauty salon... there will always be flaws in any buisess. Nothing in life is made to be 100% perfect, nor do entitled individuals who think they are 'required' to get whatever it is they want and when this dont always go as planned or maybe your experience was different from the last person, mostly falls on the way PEOPLE act. Just because you may not agree with something, dont give any grown man/woman the right to stomp off blaming the 'company'! In my opinion & experience here, it has not always been what I needed but in time with patience, I was able to get all set up and back on my meds. Meds that one can just STOP.... And mine were! Not from SNBCare but from my previous psychiatrist walking away with no warning, no heads up, not even a goodbye. That office became severely understaffed thereafter due to a huge unexpected pile up of clients that needed medication refills & nobody was there to assist. The secretary actually handled the medication for a Short time until she couldn't keep up anymore.... Eventually I went to my PCP for help because clients were being told "just go to the ER" lol Anyways, that's another whole story, & another whole review for crying out loud! But see what Im saying.... Thats the mess i was dealing with, then bridged to my PCP Until I gratefully stumbled across SNBCare on www.Psychologytoday.com, and here i am almost 11 months later & I am feeling back to myself, able to work again without any issue, being a fulltime mother & wife is the greatest joy! We started using this office at the beginning of Covid. Given everything was virtual, we were grateful to find a resource for our 15 year old son. Really anxious for help, we were glad when we were able to be (virtually) seen so quickly. We saw Katie Tawakol and initially found her to be very thorough. As our experience and the treatment evolved, our impressions changed significantly. If you need to get in tough with Katie or the office on a Thursday, a Friday, over the weekend or even on a Monday for that matter, good luck! Twice over the course of our treatment we had a question on a Thursday and didn't hear from anyone until the following Tuesday! Unacceptable! One of the times we needed help was when a prescription ran out and we still didn't hear from anyone! Luckily the pharmacy was willing to give us some medication to hold us over and get us through the weekend. An anxious teenager, without his medication and no idea when/how he is going to get it, is not a good combination. The straw that broke the camel's back for us and the reason we have left the practice was this past month, when Katie treated our 15 year old, without a parent present. At that visit, she took it upon herself to add a new medication to his treatment, without ever consulting us. Given she's never seen him in person, not sure how she factored in his weight. Also, he had recently started another medication for something else, which she was completely unaware of. Never even asked him if anything had changed on the medication front before prescribing an additional medication. Of course, this happened on a Thursday and I called the office right away. I never heard back from anyone until the following Tuesday. The practice manager (no medical training/background) called me and apologized. I also spoke with Katie that same Tuesday who told me she "just forgot" our son wasn't 18. She also cited how busy the practice is. I repeatedly asked for a call from the Medical Director of the practice, Dr. Khan and still have yet to hear back I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this practice. read more
