I rarely write reviews, but their complete indifference to their own Terms and Conditions has to be discussed.
We bought tickets from their website in May and their site clearly states that changes could be made 4 hours prior to departure. We went to the ticket office at 8:00 to change the time of a return trip at 17:00. We explicitly asked to do it then, but the ticket cashier brusquely said that changes to the return trip can be made at the destination. When we arrived at the destination, the ticket cashier said that we had to call the main office to make changes.
We called the main office and were hung up on twice because the staff couldn't speak English or couldn't be bothered to help us. We eventually found someone, who said we couldn't make changes because we checked in already.
We had to spend another $50USD in order to get back to our home port on time. Please be smart and avoid this scheming, underhanded company. Here's the link to their FAQ: https://link.snav.it/en/faq.html. Their T&Cs never stated anything about changes. read more
