I came in needing to make color copies of two documents, and Chelsie truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. She was patient, accommodating, and made sure to give me a price estimate before printing, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the extra effort she put into getting the colors as close to the original as she could--she carefully adjusted them and even tried different formats to make sure the final product was to my liking. That level of attention to detail made a huge difference and made be feel valued as a customer. I arrived right before Chelsie had to clock out for lunch. Even though the store was busy, she took the time to carefully review my prints before handing them over. She noticed a few imperfections and let me know she wanted to make some adjustments to improve the quality. Before stepping out, she explained exactly what she planned to fix and asked me to come back in about an hour so she could finish the job properly. Sure enough, when I returned, everything was printed, polished, and ready to go--and it looked great. She truly made the entire process seamless and stress-free from start to finish. I needed some 24" x 36" double sided real estate yard signs printed for my upcoming listing. I emailed Color Digital Graphics for a quotation and they replied within a few hours. They quoted me a very competitive price with a quick lead time. Color Digital prints signage, banners, stickers and more. Ordering- After I confirmed the quotation. I emailed them my file. I didn't request for a digital proof but you can always request for one to make sure everything is good to print. I placed my order on Thursday and it was ready for pick up by Monday. They will also accommodate rush orders but let them know when you are requesting for a quotation. Location- The office is a little hard to find. Fullerton Road is blocked off from construction but I went on Azusa, left on railroad and right on Lawson St. and it's the first driveway to the left. Color Digital Graphics is part of Colorwen (Printing supply company) so you'll see Colorwen's business name outside. The office is very clean and organized. I will be ordering from them again.
