Apparently they popped in a couple times to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that we weren't low on paper. They told me in advance they were going to do this and I didn't even notice them sneak in. They are so slick, slid right in and out. It wouldn't have mattered if we saw them. Tyler was assigned to our event, and he was very professional and accomodating. On the day of the event, Tyler promptly arrived and set up the photo booth without any hassle. There were vast choices of photo accessories, and they all looked brand new. Their props didn't look dirty and did not have any funky smell, as I have had experienced in the past with other photo booths. The glasses did not have any smudges. This is a personal pet peeve, so I was very happy to see this. We had to extend for another hour because our guests were having so much fun using them. They had great communication pre-party and the booking process was very easy to navigate. They customized the photo strip for the party as well which is part of the package they provide. On the day of the event, they showed up promptly to set up for the party to set up. The attendant was extremely personable and professional. The majority of the guests were teenagers and he did a great job hosting them at the booth. He did a great job. The kids loved the Photobooth and props. After the party, they gave me a flash drive with all the photos taken from the party. We had an exceptional experience with them! We will absolutely book then again for any future celebrations.
