Snap is a quirky, small art gallery, shop, art studio and "print cooperative" - meaning a group of artists working together in one place, making things to exhibit and sell. It all centres on printing, and the pieces produced are lovely and unusual.
You can come in just to browse, or buy things like cushion covers, bags, cards and, of course, prints. Or, for the more keen, the artists run regular printmaking workshops.
Though it's on Lower Park Row, this is a thoroughly Christmas Steps-ish endeavour - with all focus on local artists, individual businesses and crafts. read more
