You will be greeted with a big hello and smile from the owner Gail and her staff which was a young man. Gail has her Café in a building with Roman ruins from the 1st Century as part of her seating area. It's simply amazing!! Downstairs has a quiet area with tables and the lovely scent of fresh lavender to remind you that this was once a Roman bath! The other wonderful thing is Gail offers many vegan and vegetarian options. We were able to get our latte and chai made with oat milk. Everything is top notch!
