Friendly staff welcomed us and served great local seafood (incl. lobster) and meat. The wild boar was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed Sardinian bread, antipasta, ricotta and fish. Service by the waitress couldn't have been nicer and more friendly, as we came towards the end of the lunch period. We opted for the set lunch menu. An assortment of Sardinian cheeses, cured meats, olives, artichokes, and pane carasau was beautiful and delicious. The pasta sampler was terrific, with one of the best zuppa Gallurese I'd had yet in Sardinia. Including water and coffee for only 20E a person. The grounds and hotel area looked gorgeous, worth coming back to stay.
