My wife regularly pays $14 for her favorite Southern Spin Cobb Salad at Backwoods Crossing where we are waited on at table and eat with utensils and bowls that are reusable and go through the dishwasher rather than into the landfill. I have even rationalized a steak salad for myself a few times because the amount of steak was similar to what I would get with a steak and baked potato meal and the salad meant I was eating healthier.
