Sipping Smoothie king For Life The other day, I went to Smoothie King and got a smoothie bowl, and it was delicious. At first glance, it looked amazing with the juicy fresh fruit, crunchy oatmeal, and glistening honey on top. When I took my first bite, it was refreshing and incredible. The fruit, oatmeal, and honey were amazingly good, but the açai smoothie base was even better because of how creamy, think, and rich the flavor was. If I had to rate it, I'd give it five out of five stars because it has been one of the best things I have ever tasted. Smoothie King smoothies are a bit pricey; however, I think it's worth it to get one occasionally. Every time I get a Smoothie King smoothie bowl, it exceeds my expectations. I will absolutely be repurchasing a smoothie. Ever since I was first introduced to Smoothie King, I've loved it. I don't know why or how they make the smoothies taste so good, but they do. Whenever I walk into Smoothie King, I'm always greeted with a smile, and my order is always taken correctly. They get my order out quickly, which makes the experience even better. If you're thinking about going to Smoothie King, you definitely should, because it's not just the smoothie bowls that are good. The regular smoothies that come in cups are amazing as well. Terrible experience. I usually go to the Bay Area location which is great. This week My smoothie had chunks of ice, and when I kindly asked for one of the staff members to re blend my smoothie. I was given attitude by one of they're managers on the clock named Briana who told me that she will not re blend my smoothie because I had already tried it while rolling her eyes and blatantly disrespecting me with passive attitude. They're not customized orders just regular menu items and without fail they make them incorrectly it's so disappointing! By the way the location of the window can get hard to pull in especially at 5 pm during traffic in this particular plaza, I asked the employee before ordering if she could hear me because the rude customer in front of me who flicked me off thinking I was going to cut in front of her while I was trying to turn in would not pull up so I can order, well they clearly don't care at all, they'll ignore you and not even help when you don't know what to order. this morning was my worst experience ever. usually I stop by in the morning to pick up my breakfast and then off to work. This morning I waited for over six minutes Before anyone even said anything. I almost drove off when I heard a very faint mans voice. He seemed rushed and confused on what he was doing. I was the only car in the line so I don't understand what was the problem. When I got to the window to pay the man, he did not have a mask on, no gloves and smelled horribly of cigarettes!!! I asked him his name and told him he was reporting him and refused to give me his name and he did not give me my receipt!!!! I would've went inside but I was already running late. I will never visit this location again! My cup smelled so much like cigarettes I had to throw my drink away before finishing. I'm a regular- I usually hit up Smoothie King after my workout. I typically get the Lean1 Tropical protein shake with energy or multivitamin- it's very light and tasty. I've also tried the Pineapple Surf and the Carribean Way- I request "skinny" which means they do not add their version of sugar which is "Turbinado." The smoothies are just as great without the turbinado with natural sugars from the fruit. I've always had excellent drive-thru service and the cashier told me about their Loyalty/Rewards app which you can download to your phone and they scan your bar code with each purchase to earn points. I Took my son and teenager daughter to Smoothie King #1099 because they love your smoothies. My is literally obsessed with The Chocolate Hulk (without peanut butter) and that's what she always get, she absolutely loves the flavor and that's what she got today in medium. My son likes to try new flavors and today he got the medium Island impact. I usually get the Gladiator which I love but today decided to try the Nutty Super Grain in medium. Here's our bad experience, first of all we went to the drive thru because we didn't feel presentable enough to go inside any store and be seeing by anybody, it's a relax day for us since the kids don't have school today so we just wanted the comford of the drive thru. Secondly as soon as my daughter tried her Chocolate Hulk she shouted that that wasn't the chocolate hulk, so I told her to try mine because maybe they confused the names, she did try it and it wasn't that, I told her o well just drink it anyways but she didn't even like it because it tasted a lot like peanut butter even that we didn't ask for it on her smoothie, she wanted me to drive back and exchange it because she was 100% sure that wasn't her Chocolate Hulk and she would know that better since that's all she gets in Smoothie King in Ohio, Texas and any SK we have being too. My smoothie tasted nothing like nutty grain it literally tasted like pure sugar, even my kids who loves sugar tried and agreed. Even that it was an inconvenient to go back I did, went inside and told the guy in the front counter (Jeremy W.) that my daughter who always gets the same thing in Ohio, Texas and everywhere we go says that that's not the chocolate hulk, well, him and a lady who made them I guess said it was the chocolate hulk, I insisted it wasn't because my daughter only gets that and she said it doesn't taste like that at all end of the story I say thank you and left very disappointed that they didn't offer to make a new one or give us an reimbursement. My daughter and I ended up not drinking our smoothies hers didn't taste good to be honest and mine was so sweet that it was undrinkable, my daughter wanted to cry because she was caving her Chocolate Hulk. I am extremely disappointed with this location. The smoothies are never consistent, sometimes they are too thin, and sometimes they are so thick that you can barely suck it up your straw. The workers all also have a terrible attitude. I picked up two smoothies, but they weren't made correctly so I went back to get them remade. The second time, my order was still not right, so I had to go back a third time. The workers were visibly annoyed, but so was I. All of that could've been avoided if they just would've made my drink right. When I was driving off the third time, I saw one of the girls a flip me off. That was definitely extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwarranted as I did nothing wrong. Sometimes I drive all the way to Bay area just to go to a different smoothieking. In addition to everything mentioned, be prepared to wait in line for at least 20 minutes if you are going on a Friday. read more

This has got to be the best experience with any place I have been to in a while. This am at 7:40 I get into the door and noticed they didn't open till 8am. A gentleman named Skylar opened the door to greet me and said even though they weren't open that he would take care of me. The store wasn't even open but he insisted on taking my order. Excellent service, even when there's a long waiting line they always have my order right and smile. The drive-thru is the best way to go when you're on the go! Sometimes parking can be a little tricky so on this specific location I mostly use the drive-thru. The new Mr coupons are very misleading. They tell you that you get a smoothie for $4.99 but in reality it's $4.99 off.
