The staff goes above and beyond which is tough since like most places I'm sure they're short. Our blonde waitress (older lady running bar took think) was phenomenal: friendly and efficient getting around to us and all the patrons with an up brat attitude. Burgers came out after awhile but were worth the wait. You can tell and see the passion the cook must have to make these burgers look but more importantly TASTE so delicious and flavorful. Never have been to a SB but this experience was definitely not the best. The service was unbearably slow, it wasn't busy, but still took over an hour and half, definitely not a lunch spot like we were hoping, considering it was a work day and made us late back to work. We had to ask 3 times just to get one soda refilled one time. When we received the food, the meat was good, but not very warm, more like room temperature. The sides were definitely not something I'd order again, the potato wedges were hard, cold and seemed really burnt. Best part of the whole meal was definitely their cheese and pretzel appetizer, it was the only "hot" food we received but it was absolutely delicious. Like many places post Covid this location is lacking staff!! Most of the tables were empty but they were unable to seat everyone waiting. We had a 20 minute wait with so many empty tables. After being sat our waiter Jacob, was phenomenal. He was super friendly, fun, and attentive to our needs. Service gains 5 stars. I ordered a couple appetizers for dinner as nothing else really seemed it would hit the spot. I was under the impression I ordered smoked jumbo wings. These were definitely NOT jumbo nor were they smoked. I'm betting deep fried. I tasted no smoke at all and my husband couldn't smell any smoke. They were tasty though. I particularly loved the mustard bbq sauce on the table. I recommend going sauce free and just hitting up those sauces at the table. I also ordered fried pickles which were SALTY!! Pucker your lips and hope you don't shrivel up SALTY!! Dill pickles are already salty because of the pickle therefore the breading you fry them in, doesn't need to be seasoned. I'm certain these were salted on top of the pickle. Yikes!! My husband ordered the salmon and that fell pretty flat honestly. It was overcooked and dry!! Food quality and freshness gains 3 stars. Ambiance is very nice and the restaurant seems clean so each of these will gain 5 stars. That brings this location to a cool 4 stars with some pretty necessary room for improvement on food execution. I ordered a double cheeseburger, medium rare, and fries which arrived 40 minutes later. The burger was cooked to death with only one patty and was accompanied by lukewarm soggy fries even though my server told me they had just come up, however the replacement fries they finally sent out were piping hot and delicious. They did make me a replacement single burger, also overcooked, which my friend and I split as the burgers seem to have shrunk since the last time I had them. I just might have had the worst dinner experience I have had in my entire life. On Saturday 10/26, me and my Wife were attending a birthday party of about 20 people. First off, we experienced the rudest and worst manager in the history of mankind. We had a long table for the party and about 4 additional guests showed up and we tried to get them seated with us. There was plenty of room in the area we were seated but the Manager refused to let them sit in our area and gave them a table in another area of the restaurant. The manager was mad because extra people showed up and did not want to accommodate us. Their table had a different server, but they could have easily served them in our area because the restaurant was not busy at all. The party organizer asked for the manager to discuss why the additional guest could not sit with us and he stated that the reservation was only for 20 people and he refused to accommodate us. The party organizer said that this was poor customer service, and the manager said out loud in front of all the guests that it was poor planning from the party organizer. I could not believe it! On to the food, no one was impressed with their meal and there were a lot of mistakes with orders. They only had one waitress working the entire table by herself. No one helped her to bring out food or anything, as I stated before, the restaurant was not busy. As we finished up eating, no plates were removed from the table at any time and while we were eating, the waitress was stating she will start bringing out the checks as if they were trying to get rid of us. I would never come back to this establishment and that manager needs to be fired on the spot with how he handled the situation and how he addressed the party organizer. If he was that irritated, he should have taken the day off. read more

My friends and I came here on a Tuesday night. There were four of us total arriving at 6 pm. We had no wait time, and were seated right away. Mckenzie was our waitress, and she did a fantastic job being very attentive to us and updating us on what items were available and what items were not available. The only issue that I have with our experience here was they were having supplier issues for a lot of their Wine and Spirits. Many of the items we tried to order we could not because they did not have the appropriate ingredients. I finally ordered a berry sexy drink, and it tasted more like pineapple juice than anything else. In addition, I thoroughly enjoy the beef brisket at this establishment, and by 6 p.m. they were already completely out. Many customers were quite angry that so many items on the menu were not available. A few even got up and walked out. Mackenzie did a great job keeping us communicated and being very sympathetic to things that were not available. She did a great job, and is quite an asset to this location. Me and my dad dropped by for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant seemed pretty understaffed, as no one came to seat us immediately, and our water order had to be taken from two different servers before they were brought to us. Left with our menus, our order was taken fairly quickly, where my dad ordered the morning glory burger with a baked potato side and I ordered the pick-two combo with smoked wings, sliced smoked turkey breast, and steamed broccoli and fire-roasted corn as my sides (I omitted the garlic bread). Afterwards, my dad and I had a pleasant chat about our day and any upcoming plans we may have had... until we finally ran out of things to really talk about, which I thought was saying something. Not even the miscellaneous channels on the TV monitors strewn throughout the dining area have us anything to talk about. We had to wait a few minutes before our server noticed each time our water mason jars were empty. Meanwhile, other servers ran to and fro trying to deliver their orders correctly (we were approached by one with a pretzel bun appetizer, inquiring if we had ordered it). Finally, three water refills later, our food arrives. Everything looks good, so the server ducks away before me and my dad lock eyes across the table: no tableware. I glance around, and servers were nowhere to be seen or were already engaged with other customers. Ultimately, my dad got up and got the tableware himself from the empty host podium at the entrance. Meanwhile, I'm snapping photos as I do, and when he returns he reveals beneath the bun, looking for the fried egg that constitutes the "morning glory" of his burger. We both look and laugh at the careless splat and plop of an egg that was hidden beneath the iceberg lettuce leaf. The food was actually pretty decent, though my wings were more overcooked than my previous visits; strangely, the turkey was more tender and tastier than the barbecue-drenched wings. We usually come after the dinner rush, so I can forgive a hurried dish in meeting the demands of various customers, but by the time our food arrived, nearly half of the restaurant had left, and frankly the service was mediocre for a barely average meal. We tried this location when the Applebees across the lot was less than ready to receive guests. However, while we did wait a moment to be acknowledged it was a much better experience. We were sat promptly and the server even stopped by to let us know she would be over in a moment. Apparently we had come post a busy early dinner and that was totally fine. Our server was amazing she let us know everything that was 86'd. The menu is big enough that we could avoid those items. Food was great. No complaints and the staff was super nice and helpful. Only downside is the bathrooms really need some serious maintenance. Locks only worked in the handicap stall also there's no gap you have to squeeze in to even shut the door on the regular stall. Nothing these guys can do to fix but maybe their higher ups should. Overall great experience. read more
