The manager is amazing, you can tell she's truly there for the customers and I LOVE THAT. All of the employees are so cheerful, welcoming and HELPFUL. The two that were there today that helped me with my order were AMAZING. One has been there several times when I have come in and he's always been so friendly and fun to talk with!! He suggested such a perfect little add in Christmas gift, as well! I left with a smile. I've NEVER had a bad experience at this location. I actually drive 30 minutes every trip, just to go to this location. & Always will! I'll add in the fact that they ALWAYS have what I am looking for as I love a specific flavor of monster bars, but if they ever didn't, they have such a great selection of other options, unlike anywhere else. Bought some glass last Thursday and 5 days later I come back to see a huge crack on the bottom when…read morenobody had mishandled the product. I assume the glass was cheap and exposed to what I thought was a slight temperature change most of not all glass products of this type can sustain. Still, very cheap glass. Not great quality didn't last me a week but cost me $30. Most painful part was that in the car I peeled the sticker off to find another sticker that said $10 under it. Maybe it was worth the $10 barely but definitely not $30. I haven't seen the quality of their higher end glass but as a heads up if you are looking for some affordable small pieces of glass you might be better off going online than here-you won't get charged at a premium for pieces that probably wholesale for $3 each. The workers were listening to music and socializing lightly and offered help only when I asked for it. Not a big deal-I'm not a fan of helicopter retail workers but a little "how can I help you?" goes a long way.
