Some flavors like apple are pretty generic and obvious, but their flavors names like Zeppelin mean nothing and too risky to buy without trying. They say it's "too hard" to manage samples, yet every single other vape store I've ever been too has provided this service. 2) their juices, many of which are made in-store, are WAY too spicy (even at low nicotine levels), but can be somewhat remedied by giving the juice time to "age." 3) the staff (four working at the time of my visit) were attentive enough, but not that friendly, and did not make me feel very welcome. Overall I did not particularly enjoy my experience here even though I found (roughly) what I was looking for.
