My first experience with smoker friendly I purchased vape product. After informing them I didn't want anything menthol the two flavors they gave me were menthol. Next time I was there I asked the sales associate about non-menthol flavors. She responds "I dont smoke them so I don't know what they taste like." So I ask her what flavors they have, she then very quickly spouts off the flavors with a lot of attitude. I kneeled down to try to point to the flavors I was interested in (they are on the bottom shelf tucked in the back behind the counter.) So then she blows up with attitude saying I can't go behind the counter. I wasn't I merely pushed the swinging door open so I could see and point to the flavors. She grabs a random flavor and gave it to me, I said no that wasn't the flavor I wanted. It just escalated from there. I didn't catch her name but her face is almost completely pierced and half shaven eyebrows hard to miss. Absolutely terrible customer assistance. I personally will never do business there again and if you expect any amount of decent customer service you probably won't see it there. read more
