The Smoke Spot in Westwood is one of the best smoke shops I've ever been to. They truly have everything you could possibly need, even those hard-to-find items that other shops never seem to carry. What really makes this place stand out is the service and the ownership. The two gentlemen who run this shop are amazing friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I've been coming here for years, and the consistency in both their products and service is unmatched. There have been times when the item I wanted was sold out, and not only did they order it for me, but they also took the time to call me personally when it arrived. That level of customer care is rare these days. If you're ever in the area and need anything from a smoke shop, this is the place to go. Outstanding service, great selection, and genuinely good people. Five stars and two thumbs up! read more

Amazing, friendly service! Purchased a one of a kind bong at a great price! I've also bought cones here as well. Nice store overall!

Decent selection , nice and comfortable. I haven't been to mother smoke shops in the area so I don't know how they compare. Tried this one last night that's fine. read more

Great selection, service, and prices! Best spot around the Westwood neighborhood. The guy working it is super friendly and knows his stuff

The only place anyone in Westwood should come to buy smokes, vapes and anything else related. 10$ less on vapes than any where around

Best customer service and selection for like 17 years now. That's how long I've been going to this place! And btw I told my friends to go there and they couldn't find it in the map how is this even possible!!!! I never write a review but I got pissed off that its not even on the map, not sure why, but these guys that run the place are absolutely amazing and its a joy to keep going there. You make like a friendly relationship with them. So I highly recommend this place from the bottom of my smoking lungs read more

I come here almost everyday for all my kraton/kava needs. Great place, friendly people, would recommend 10/10.

Staff is always very welcoming and helpful. They had everything I needed and made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Great store the staff is Amazing will always go there, The best shop I have ever been to.

I will avoid 7-11 just to spend my money here. They are always super friendly, have a great variety, and prices are reasonable. One night, he was closed and was about to leave when he realized I was coming to get smokes. He actually opened the store back up for me. Pro tip: walk there if you can , parking sucks in Westwood. Next door to Fatburger. read more

Fake products bad customer service and way over priced, I don't recommend anyone go there. read more

Very expensive and rude management Their return policy suck. Bad quality products and old inventory read more

Sold me completely dried up and garbage cigars. Won't take them back for a new box. Told me to contact manufacturer. Terrible place probably selling fake stuff read more

They sold me three fake puff bars at this shop. The nicotine label on the exterior and the wrapping the actual puff bar came in were different than the real ones. The puff logo was also larger on these bars. When I hit the bar it had a strange taste and did not create the head rush effect. Luckily I realized it was fake before I continued to hit it, but I spent $30 on a mysterious product that could have caused serious harm to my body. read more

Great shop! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I also saw him prevent a person from being scammed into depositing $$$ to their bitcoin atm. He prevented a crime by watching out for his customers. read more

after all that blue moon, i was cravin some sexy pink camels.... but they didn't have any. :( so i got the green minty ones instead with a little pink camel on it. still cute. yea i know...cigarettes shouldn't be cute at all. they carry lots of cute glass pipes. my friend was very interested in them. no, really....it really was my friend. read more

Smoke Spot - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Be aware: - Zero customer service - Zero class - No return or exchange I bought a set of electric cigarette product from them lest then 2 weeks ago ($38 total). The battery stopped working after 1 charge and the charger melted after I tried recharging the battery. When I took it back to the store hoping for basic customer service, the guy started arguing loudly that I dunno what you did with this and I won't replace it! Keep in mind the battery is $8.99 on amazon and they gladly replace any faulty product. I paid an extra $5 to this guy but he wouldn't have the courtesy to take a $3 hit and keep a customer! He said: "This is not best buy and we dont take nothing back or replace!" So if you buy anything, make sure you understand thats there is no customer service at this store! Probably because his business is so bad that he has to be this cheap and rude! read more

Not a bad place if you need "Head Shop" paraphernalia in a jiffy. They have a variety of wrappers, incense and blunts. Remember they do not sell the actual "medication"....only the supplies. I do feel like you can find better high-end, bong deals in downtown or Venice. However if your local and need supplies quickly this is your place. The staff was pretty knowledgeable and I don't think there are many supply stores locally. Like most "Head Shops" there is nothing that really stands out where I would drive out of my way.... it seems more like a local convenience and that's it. I love the location next to Fatburger & El Pollo Loco in case you have the munchies. read more

I bought juice from them and it was expired. They did exchange it but I feel like it's very important for smoke shops to check their stocks to make sure they don't have expired products especially in a college area filled with customers. read more

I came in a week and a half ago and Bar helped me (i believe that is how you spell his name. please forgive me if i'm wrong!). He was not only super helpful but also extremely kind and patient. So much so that I feel inclined to leave this review. I am a firm believer that a customer's experience can be made by who is helping them and this was one of those times. The store itself was super clean, and there was a beautiful variety of pieces/products. If I'm ever back in this area I am coming back here. 10/10 customer service. read more

I absolutely love the Smoke Spot. The guys here are so helpful, they always take the time to help me. The shop is clean and they always have great products. Your one and done stop. read more

Cool store with a friendly, laid-back atmosphere. I'm a regular customer--I stop by most every day to get at least a coke, and often much more. Best prices around, and always friendly, helpful, and cheerful. P.S. I'm a professional photographer and I regularly share my work off my iPhone and get great critiques too. read more

Thanks Misha for my new CBD package. Best customer service In the game. Lowest prices are here and a very good selection. I highly recommend smoke spot! read more

These guys do their best to help who ever out they can but when they get busy, they can do better at customer service. I've been there with long lines and they are not at all concerned that people may just leave. The location is great tho. read more

What a terrible experience at this location. I stopped in to buy lottery tickets and was very clear that I wanted a certain number of tickets and separate tickets to give as stocking gifts. The man behind the counter put everything on one ticket. Lottery tickets are not refundable so I had to pay for it and then buy the separate tickets again costing me twice as much as I wanted to spend. Instead of being apologetic, the man behind the counter was rude and insulting. Terrible customer service. No reason to go to this place ever again. read more

My favorite smoke shop, I get an amazing service from the guys here every time I need help with my vape. Love them!!!

I called these guys to see if they had a certain ecig, got the answering service and didn't leave a message. To my surprise they called me back anyway. They ended up not having my product, but the guy was super helpful and friendly. 5 stars for good customer service. read more

I work in the area so I buy my cigarettes from here. Both of the guys who operate the shop are nice and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, bongs and even soft drinks and lottery tickets :) read more

Amazing selection of anything you would expect to find at a local smoke shop, cigarettes, wraps, lighters, pipes, bongs, hookahs, cigars, sodas. Their location is fairly large which allows them to stock a large number of items. Pricing is also pretty good. Also very convenient that they are walking distance from me. read more

In Westwood visiting and delivering some furniture to some bruins. Buddy was needing a new piece, had seen this spot on here and noticed the 25% off select glass pieces. We went to the store and were looking at what they have, buddy made a selection really quick. Small store, but they did have a good amount of quality stuff. I asked the guy about the discount, he was more than happy to make it happen. Overall, a really good experience out in LA. If your in the UCLA area and need some smoke accessories, definitely a spot to check out! read more

Best smoke shop in the South Bay. Melica's the chillest worker you'll ever meet. Gotta hit these guys up

Owner is always opening really late or putting up a "will return" sign and he doesn't come back in time. So annoying. He has people waiting outside his store often for him to open because he's the only smoke shop nearby. He doesn't return when he says he will or open when the store claims it does at 10am read more

The guys that work there are absolutely the best! They will take the time to show you how to make your Vape work if you have any questions. They have a bunch of different vapes to choose from and fair prices. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone who is interested in vaping. read more

Great shop! I don't know if it's always the same person working since it was my first time in, but guy working at the time was super friendly, helpful, and patient...great customer service, which is rare these days. I purchased a glass pipe here and took it straight home. When I unwrapped it and filled it with water, the pipe leaked, so I returned it. The man at this store refused to take it back and I was astonished at the lack of customer service! Either he sold me a deficient pipe, in which case he should have exchanged it, or he wrapped it badly and the pipe cracked on the way home. He took zero responsibility and was actually rather rude. I will not be back, and I suggest you save your time and money too! read more

GREAT PLACE. Love this store and it's owners. They are always very friendly and happy. I buy all my lottery tickets from them and have always been sold winners. Soda's are only $1.00 which is the cheapest price in all of Westwood. They are great and I hope they expand there cigar selection and take over Fatburger next door. read more
