There are three guys that work here at different shifts…read more I am rating them three stars because of the two younger guys. If it were just up to the oldest guy, I'd rate them one star. Both of the younger guys always charge the correct amount, and one of them actually sometimes gives discounts, especially if we are a little short at first, not requesting the remainder. The oldest guy...extremely greedy and dishonest. He will pinch you for every possible penny he can, more if he thinks he can. He has actually attempted to overcharge my friend and roommate Danny and myself (although the two of us caught it) and has actually successfully cheated my former roommate Paul and my former roommate Chris (who claimed to be a member of the Vice Lords gang) and them not notice it. This is a crime. This is taking advantage of a disabled person in addition to petty theft. I myself suffer from autism spectrum disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, AND panic disorder, so yes, I am mentally disabled, but I am not mentally CHALLENGED, there is a difference, and I can count change and know when I am being overcharged! As can Danny! I am not suggesting people boycott this store, I am just suggesting people avoid the oldest guy and / or, if he is there, double-check what he charges you and what he gives you for change. I am suggesting people purchase from the store when one of the two younger guys who have more integrity are there.

The lady working had the nerve to charge me AGAIN for the replacement vape. Customer service is a lost art. I hope the owner will reconsider how they treat the customers who quite literally pay all of their bills.

My friend gave me a late notice invite to attend and while I wasn't too keen on driving 3 hours to…read moresample what I assumed would be a lot of Budweiser products I was pleasantly surprised with the number of craft brews but the beers put out by the homebrewers as well. This is the 4th Cigar and Brew fest and there are still a lot of bugs that I think should be ironed out before I can really appreciate it. Tickets at the door were available and they did take credit cards but it took a little while for a square payments iPhone to show up. You would think that would have been better planned. There were two food tables but they also didn't seem to accept any credit card payments...so maybe an ATM would be helpful? There was a ton of quality beer out there to be had: Stone, Abita, Schlafly, Duvel as well as semi-craft like ShockTop and Kona and of course there was a big Anheuser Busch table that seemed to attract the greatest amount of people. The program and the event seemed geared towards educating people to the different types of beer out that as well as expanding their palate aside from the pale American lager. The biggest surprise was the homebrewers section where there were a lot of pleasant surprises-including one that was infused with hops during the pour which changed the flavor of it to an APA. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of beers that the two home brewmasters brought and of course the attention, enthusiasm and detail that they brought to it. I sampled quite a bit in the 2 hours that I was there and was glad that I decided to tag along with my friend after all.
