I've been shopping at the GNC in South Lakeland for years and have spent a lot of money there over…read moretime. Usually there's a gentleman there during the mornings who is very helpful and professional. Tonight around 6:30 PM, I stopped in with my son to look at Burn 2.0. During conversation I mentioned that you can sometimes find it cheaper online, and the young lady working simply replied "OK" and just stared at me in silence. The interaction felt cold, uncomfortable, and honestly a little rude, like it was a "take it or leave it" attitude instead of trying to help or explain anything. Customer service matters, especially for loyal customers. I'm not trying to attack anyone personally, but I do think more customer service training could help. A friendly explanation or conversation goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and appreciated.

As a former athlete and someone who leads a very active lifestyle, supplements have always been…read moresuch a vital part of my life. Muscles need to be able to repair themselves and your body needs to recover- so GNC is a store that's been on my radar. Until my most recent visit, though, I didn't have as much appreciation for it as I do now. It can be tough to find good protein, preworkout or other supplements, and especially for a somewhat reasonable price. It should be widely known supplements are NOT cheap. And that's the small problem I had with GNC, they have such a broad variety of products which is awesome, but they're known to have typically higher prices than elsewhere. But I found out something awesome last time I went- they price match! Zack, one of the employees at this location was super helpful for us, and he said that if you can provide proof that there is a lower price presented by a different place/ business, they will match that price! That was seriously a game changer of coming to GNC or going somewhere else. So my best advice if you're like me and have always needed/ used supplements to help your lifestyle, or you're embarking on a new journey to become more active and want to make that change by getting some products to help- don't be afraid to ask the people working for advice (they can be really helpful, especially Zack at this location!), and do your research of what you might want, compare prices and sizes so that you can get the best deal possible!

I have no idea about this stuff and was told don't buy it from a store like CVS or such, go to a vitamin store like GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe so the latter being closer that is where I went. I went to the associate right away not knowing where to look and told her what I needed. She showed me the bottles and asked what strength I needed. I had no idea and explained about the antibiotic and asked what she recommended. She plucked a bottle from the shelf and said this should be good for what you need. It wasn't the strongest or the weakest nor the most expensive and I am thankful for the great help. Very good customer service and knowledgeable about what you need is a great service to me and the rest of us that have no idea what we need. Thanks again to that young lady and her help.

I really love Tropical Smoothie, so when I found out that Smoothie King really just serves smoothies I wasn't as interested for some reason. But I know so many people who go there religiously and it always made me wonder. Well, I don't wonder any longer! They have a giant menu, with flavors for every craving and more. They're legit!! Plus, on Friday smoothies are $5 even for the biggest size and that's definitely the best time to go. I think it's cool they also sell a lot of other healthy products and supplements, though most of them are definitely overpriced. But in summary, I will now be another one of those people who comes here pretty often and raves about the King!

I walked in expecting to find your typical smoke shop, walls lined with shelves contains juices and a couple of cool pieces, maybe some CND gummies if I was lucky. But you guys! This place is way more than that! When I walked through the door, I made a beeline straight to the vape juices. It was like tunnel vision. It wasn't until I paid for my items and turned around when I first noticed just how much this store has inside it! They even have a huge line of juices that is their brand (it's called Fogworks and they have quite possibly every flavor you can imagine and some go up to 24mgs). On one side it's vape stuff, other side is smoke stuff. It's almost overwhelming! I've never seen such a huge variety of everything you might ever need. I didn't even get pics of their cases of pieces, sorry! The guy who helped me (his name is Brandon and deserves a raise lol) is so incredibly well versed in all of the products I discussed with him. He's super knowledgeable about everything. Brandon, thanks so much for answering all my questions, and for knowing so much. FYI, I went home, cleaned my tank and changed my coil and gave Don't Care Bear a try, and it may be my new favorite! Seriously, give this place a try.
