This pen took me about 3 1/2 days because I could only hit it really hard and get too big of a hit and be baked for the next 2 hours off the one ORRR try to hit it normally (like I would a working pen) and get left with barely anything to even tickle my throat. For $20; it's whatever, but for a $60 device it's little more serious. Not to mention I spend $150 on pens a week, but hey not here anymore. It's a little further from home, but Smoke DZ in Fort Worth is full of amazing people that actually care whether your product THEY sold you works or not. I've swapped devices multiple times and guess what, I left the store and went to my car EVERY TIME just to find out it was faulty and go back in to swap. Don't let ABC give you this kind of crap about "leaving the store". I mean, because really who is going to just fire their device up like it's normal after every purchase? Maybe I don't want to hit it yet? Maybe the person behind me doesn't want to inhale what I'm inhaling? Maybe I purchased 4 pens? Am I supposed to hit them all?? I didn't get my purchase made right because I left the store? This would make sense if I did something to the pen. But the pen was still brand new and full with no bubbles. They don't even use most of what they sell here so if you have questions just go somewhere else because they will pretend to know what they're talking about, just like Ms ShortStack who "doesn't smoke these" but wanted to argue with me and tell me if I "warm it up it will unclog".. that would have been true if I hadn't already pulled the clog through and it being still clogged indicates that the coil was clogged/faulty.
