This is the second Globe battery that has failed, but at least I received response from Cloud on the first failure; they mailed me a new battery. The replacement soon failed and is totally useless. Customer service will not respond to my requests for response. This is a terrible way to treat a customer who invested $250 on a useless product. DO NOT BUY FROM CLOUD VAPES.
