This is clearly something they do, so I didn't bother get into an argument with another manager about a refund, or call them the next day - it's not worth the headache. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. I realized after I got home that my car was not washed at all, I texted them and they apologized and said no problem bring it back in and we'll wash it for you! A couple of months later I then got an alert on my dash stating 'Low Battery' and of course was immediately concerned.
