The crew worked incredibly hard during one of the hottest weeks of the year--in a hot basement, wearing full protective suits and respirators--and were always thorough, respectful and genuinely kind. An independent air quality inspector who came to test our home even pulled me aside after seeing their work and told me he had seen a lot of mold remediation over the years, that this team knew what they were doing, and that I should feel confident in the work being done. That meant a LOT. And they went far beyond the remediation itself--helping me secure a trailer for belongings I wasn't ready to deal with and repeatedly helping move things around the house as the work progressed.
