always loved this place and the workers until my experience today…read more the younger male worker who claims he owns the store and all that work there. i walk in and an elder lady is at the counter asking about the change she was given, i was there for the conversation, she simply said he may he miscounted. immediately he gets defensive raises his tone and starts yelling what he did infront of her and screams for his father on the phone to retrieve camera footage. he then starts claiming he feels disrespected and that she can wait for the camera footage for proof. in the time of her asking and his response she realized she miscounted and apologized and he still yelled and demanded her to see the footage. i shouted and asked to be paid for where he then was disrespectful to me because i said it's not that big of a deal to get aggressive in tone over. i argued with him, and said that it should be handled in a personal matter not in front of waiting customers. i then went outside to hopefully find further information to contact someone, he comes out and we exchange words, asks me if i work where my shirt says, etc. i got disrespectful because there's no need to be that way as she's apologizing and correcting her mistake. i will not be giving my service to this male ever again, and i will be sure that someone else knows his disgusting behavior. feel free to reach out :)

All aisles are clearly marked, so that you don't have to search long. Everything from mead to Japanese whiskey, and more. We had a need to obtain a few bottles of wine for Christmas gifts, and was not sure if they carry it, due to the unfamiliar names from the request. Surprisingly, they were all available, and at a competitive price. This made our shopping trip quite convenient, and timely. The only improvement I would like to see is to have a larger selection of Ports. Of course that's a personal preference.

There's nothing more aggravating to me than walking into an establishment that we spend money in and not even being acknowledged by the owners. There is another place here in town, which I will not name, that I purposely say hello to the owner when I walk in, and he will not even say hello let alone look up at me. it's all about customer service! If they don't have something you want, all you have to do is ask! Us as well of friends have asked for certain products and they are there before we know it. The other great thing about red light is that their hours are longer than any other place here in town. that might not sound much to Sam but when you are entertaining, I need to possibly head out for additional spirits. You can always count on them to be open!
