They sent thier car hauler to pick up it…read moreup. when It arrived at the dealership My hard Leer tonneau cover was on top of my truck cab. crushed the roof, and the buckled the bed side rails. They said they were not responsible, and still charged me for the tow. repair estimates are a little over $6000 for the body damage and $3000+ for a replacement Bed Cover. Not the mention I'm losing work because I no longer have secure storage for my equipment. When contacted by my insurance company they did not mention that it was thier tow truck that was hauling my truck when the damaged occured and said it was delivered to thier shop for body repairs. They submitted a estimate for the damage they caused. took me several calls with my insurance to explain when I started submitting estimates from other repair shops.

We sat on the side of the road for 4 1/2 hours, waiting for our insurance appointed tow. It was…read moreLabor Day and 7pm now. Turns out that the 2 tow services we waited for, from insurance, didn't even have the equipment to tow our trailer. I called every number I could find for tow service and finally found these upstanding citizens. From the time I called them to the time of being picked up, in the middle of two towns in Texas, was only an hour. The tow driver was so nice and helpful. He towed us to their yard and they were able to do the work for us first thing in the morning. Their price was very fair and everyone in the shop was beyond nice. I pray I never have to see them again, but if I do, I'll be happy about it.
