Three months ago I called SmithBilt to relocate a shed for me they came out quickly professionally move the shed to a new temporary location. Fast forward to hurricane Ian I was afraid my shed would blow onto the neighbors property I called them and within 24 hours they sent a crew over to relocate the shed to its newest location and fasten it down what an amazing company this is true service. The storm came through our area did some light damage to my neighbors property, but our shed was absolutely untouched never budged an inch thank you SmithBilt you guys rock! We couldn't be happier. The storage building we ordered from Helen was built as ordered,delivered when promised and the delivery crew was impressive. The spot was reasonably difficult but the driver backed trailer in perfect, no dirty looks or attitude about where building needed to go. They just got about doing it and it was done quite fast. We were also impressed with the effort the delivery team took the time to level and secure building. We will definitely buy another one from Helen and hope we get same delivery team.
