He started with text and then called me shortly after initial contact to confirm what I was looking for and give me an understanding of how their service works. I scheduled a date of delivery on that first call and Marc followed up on the day of to give me a heads up that the boys (his sons) were arriving shortly. The boys were respectful and communicative about what to expect. And the product arrived just as described. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Even if I did own a truck; this was a much better option due to the convenience, price and service. A+++
