Therefore, once I entered after the game start time (7 pm) it was standing room only. With that in mind, parking was hectic. Luckily I was able to find parking about a half a mile away from the football field. Nevertheless, the stadium is still in good shape after several years of existence. There is only one scoreboard and the home seating section is much larger than the visitor seating section. For a high school ticket pricing is $6 for adults and for school age children $3. Several concessions were available this Friday night. I even had a chance to get some of my favorite popcorn from the food truck, Mike's Italian Ice. He was present in addition to the concession provided by the school. The concession lines remained long all game long. But they seemed to move fast. Pricing is available for all to see so no need to wonder what they do and do not sell. Security was in full effect and overall it was a great night for football. The Hornets won in case you were wondering! During this game, the school also honored their long time Principal - Mr. Fry. They named the stadium in his honor. Even though it was a packed game night, I didn't experience any wait time as I exited the stadium or from my parking spot. Have fun and enjoy life.

I would suggest not sending your child here as the teachers do not help the students. Even students with a hard working ethic fail to succeed at this school. The environment was very toxic, the staff was mostly mediocre, and the lunches were terrible (cold and nasty). The lunch staff once gave us raw chicken. Read that again, RAW chicken. There was mold in the theaters as well. For 30k a year, this is not worth it. Do better.

Coach B told me to take my headphones out and I did out of respect. Then another security guard started antagonizing me, she followed me to the bathroom which I was using and was demanding me to give her my headphones. I told her "Ma'am the other sercurity already talked to me about them and I took them out." she then said I am getting suspended and called my guardian and lied and said that I locked myself in the bathroom when really I was using it. She left then I took myself to class. And I was suspended for 3 days. Pathetic i'm going back virtual!

Football season is here!…read more I did not formally attend the University to further my education however I love the fact that you can go to sporting events that are within my hometown for example this past football season my husband and I attended a few football games at the NSU ... We were super excited for the new coach Michael Vick! We went to the first game and it was a fairly decent turnout however, the crowds were late entering the field...a lot of confusion going on nevertheless the stadium is beautiful plenty of vendors there if you're not just interested in the game. The parking can be an issue however they did offer parking at the MacArthur mall and we were able to take a shuttle over which was pretty easy and that was free of charge or we had access to take the light rail in Norfolk as well and get let off within a mile or two of the stadium which was free of charge as well. Nevertheless it's a good time if you're into sporting events this is basketball season right now not sure how the teams are doing but it's worth a visit if you're in the area to check out the teams at a collegiate level. Cheering was an experience lol some of my best friendships were made here and may Dr. Parks and Ms Madge continue to rest in heaven. NSU isn't for the week lol but if you can survive and get through registration you can get through a lot more challenges in life. Hahaaa! *Behold*
