Buying a headstone for a loved one is never a happy task, and it's challenging to make arrangements when you're out of state. Over email, my brother, daughter, and I worked with them to create an original design, and the folks at Smith Monuments responded to every emailed question right away, and had the whole project completed well before I expected. I hadn't realized that their services included transporting and placing the headstone, so it was a great surprise when I got confirmation that everything was done and the headstone in place.
