He and his crew worked all day planting, weeding, and mulching and followed our directions to the letter. I decided to go in and have them unload it to check it. He came out and took it around back. He came back with mine and another one to show it was fine. I argued with them because the two mowers do not look alike. I then said nevermind and to load it. He refused to load it back onto my trailer. I still never got an apology. That was all I really wanted.
