For decades, I lived with the effects of childhood sexual abuse. I never thought I would have the…read moreopportunity to seek justice because so many years had passed. When Louisiana's Lookback Law gave survivors like me a chance to file a civil lawsuit, I knew I needed an attorney who would believe me and fight for the truth. From our first meeting, Ryan E. Gatti treated me with compassion, dignity, and respect. He understood the lasting trauma of childhood sexual abuse and prepared me with incredible care for every stage of the case. His team was thorough, professional, and never lost sight of the fact that this case was about accountability and healing. Ryan presented my case to a Bossier Parish jury with extraordinary preparation and skill. The jury returned a $1.1 billion verdict in my favor. No verdict can erase what happened to me, but it gave me a voice and sent a powerful message that survivors of childhood sexual abuse deserve to be heard and that those responsible can be held accountable. If you are a survivor of childhood sexual abuse looking for a Louisiana sexual abuse attorney who will stand beside you with compassion and determination, I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan E. I don't know how Mr. Jackson received such a high rating on Yelp. This man goes to court ill…read moreprepared. I's clear in court that he hasn't looked over his case before hand. He thinks he's defending one thing when he should be defending another. It is almost impossible to call his office for updates on your case. I've gone by the office 3 different times and no one was there in the daytime. He absolutely will not return your calls. He allowed a young man to accept a plea deal without knowing how that would affect previous criminal dealings which resulted in a catastrophic ruling against the young man. We are having to hire another lawyer because he will not straighten out the mess that he created. Another man is serving a 20 year sentence because Jackson would not focus on the case at hand . He kept going to court arguing about another issue; not the one in front of him . He's lazy, sorry and both. Run away from him, not to him!
