Filed NO motion for discovery despite being hired as a defense lawyer. Zero preparation on her part and didn't get my son ready at all. Showed up at court unprepared and looked like a deer caught in headlights. Lost the trial and then removed herself from the case, providing NO reason at all. Terrible. She should NOT be practicing law AT ALL!

Scott has been my attorney since 2011. He's handled my divorce and ongoing child custody case…read more Because of Scott's knowledge but also his ability to diffuse highly volatile situations with my ex-spouse, I was able to not only stay calm, but make the right decisions. In working with Scott over the years I have realized, had I hired him to handle my divorce originally, I wouldn't still be having all these issues years later. Undoing a bad divorce agreement, while possible, is a pain. His approach of what is best long term is unlike most attorneys who only look at short-term solutions.

Do not hire this lawyer to represent you. He is unfocused, unavailable, unreliable,…read moreuncommunicative, and essentially a poor choice. I wasted two months waiting on him to help me with a Domestic Relations Order and when I finally pressed him for a time line as to when he could have an answer for me, I get a call from his office stating he can't help me after all because my case is too time consuming (what time was consumed? he didn't do anything but possibly make a phone call or two) and he recommended another lawyer. The nerve! Of course, I have wasted two valuable months and no better off than i was, but $200.00 poorer for a consultation fee paid to an unscupulous lawyer with no sense of responsiblity or concern for anyone else.
