Josh came out (on time) gave us a quote, worked with us to readjust the quote as we decided to cover a little less land and he even gave a third quote for additional fence we wanted as well. Next comes Courtney, what a pleasant person to deal with via phone and email(and I did email her plenty)!!! She was fantastic and always prompt with anything we asked. The original date we were offered for installation was toward the end of September, we grabbed it right away because we knew how booked they were. While in the office we jokingly said hey Courtney if there's ever a cancellation we'll take it no matter when(not thinking anything of it). Well Courtney called a few days later and said they had a cancellation and she immediately thought of us , so we took the new date! Finally comes installation, Jeremy and Jason were phenomenal! They were prompt all three days, so polite in explaining things and making sure I knew what was going on. They worked in brutal heat and not once did I hear anything unprofessional from either of them. The workmanship of our fence is outstanding, more than we hoped for. We had no idea how vinyl fence was installed, they created our fence by hand, building one piece at a time. These two gentleman were absolutely on top of the job from start to finish. They also kept everything clean, we didn't find anything out of sorts. I will definitely recommend everyone on the team to anyone I hear needs a fence. We will be working with them again no doubt! The initial fence looked great, however at a little over one year, they are not agreeable to…read morewarranty repairs on a gate that was too large for the location. We, as customers, rely on the expertise of the company to assess appropriate locations for gates, etc. An attempt at a correction to this gate was made at 6 months but was unsuccessful. The front 10 ft. gate has continued to settle and now will not open without lifting off the ground. It digs in at least an inch and continues to deteriorate. At 6 months, the gate was reversed so it would open at all, as it would only open half way at that point. And yet, I was quoted a hefty sum to replace a gate that should have never been installed at that location, per the actual builder of the fence. Also fence boards have popped off, only a few, that were screwed in at 1/2 inch from the end of the board to the post. Definitely warranty in my view. Nice people without follow through on customer satisfaction and work quality.

The cable/internet lines were broken in 2 places and broke the hub for 2 others properties. We had to figure out property lines or our tree would have been removed and fence installed on our property. A new cable had to be drilled from down the street to reconnect us to internet. It was explained that we work from home and internet was important but a quick buck was more important to this company!
