The item randomly showed up after we were informed it wasn't available and ordered from another supplier. We have returned the item that was shipped to us and now they refuse to honor the return. From the start they wouldn't respond to our emails or return our calls in a timely manner at all. When they finally did respond they were rude and provided misinformation. Really wish we had investigated this company prior to working with them as this seems to be consistent for them from reading reviews. Please learn from our mistake this is not a good company to work with.
