We desperately needed a new driveway and after contacting 3 local concrete companies we decided on…read more4way Cement and couldn't be happier. Josh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and provided a reasonable quote. Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. If you need concrete work PLEASE give them a call and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. UPDATED 11/17/2024 two weeks after my initial review. I emailed Juan the owner of 4WAY cement twice now since pouring our driveway on 11/1/2024 regarding the concrete sealer. He said he was going to seal the new driveway on Tuesday 11/5/2024 and both my emails have gone unanswered and the driveway still not sealed as of 11/17/2024. I may be dropping a star or two if our driveway isn't sealed by month's end. Stay tuned!

We have a long and steep driveway. I asked if they could do something to reduce the grade for easier use in the winter. They removed 12 truckloads of clay and reduced the grade considerably. They also widened it as well as paved our extra parking area and the path to our deck from the drive. The job was done very well and in a timely manner. Also, I was impressed that the owner was on site for much of the job, helping his crew. Very professional and quality conscious. I would highly recommend Action Asphalt to anyone. Thanks for the great job, Dan & your crew!

Full disclosure I did not hire these guys, my neighbor did…read more Action Asphalt caused damage to a brand-new street in over a dozen places. They were reckless with their trailers and slammed the ramps into the street causing significant gouges in front of our homes that will eventually deteriorate with Michigan's freeze thaw cycles. It really doesn't matter how decent a driveway is when you undermine it with unnecessary damage to the road around it. Every asphalt company is the same, why not be different and go one step above by merely giving care to the road around your job. Leave it better than you found it and your company will be prized above the rest. It's hard to see a nice new driveway job when the road has been damaged from a lack of care, or perhaps intentionally. Either way, shameful.
