After my sessions in the salt room, I found I needed to sit for about 10-15 minutes to reorient myself before I began driving. The massages with the biomat always felt better and relaxed me more than a session without the biomat. My session on the BEMER mat left me with a feeling that everything was flowing smoothly, sorry, I wish I could explain the feeling better.
