We called office to make appointment and the office was so kind and accommodating to get us right in the next day. We got to the office and It was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The office staff was warm and comforting and put my friend at ease. My friend isn't a fan of going to the dentist so was really nervous. The doctor was very honest and gentle. Despite his mistake, he still charged us for the work he did. My husband had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. My husband asked for a copy of his records to provide the new dentist and was informed they did not exist. As a result, we had to pay the new dentist a lot more money to research and fix the problem, that Dr. Ogilvie created. If he had at least maintained proper records as required by law, the new dentist could have quickly fixed Dr. Ogilvie's mistake for a fraction of what it ultimately cost us.
