Dr. Cesar Trevino is the absolute best!!!! Him and his staff were very attentive to my needs. I had…read morean extraction done and the whole experience was awesome! His assistant explained to me the whole time how I would feel with each step. The procedure went by swiftly, I did not feel a thing. When I became more alert, I just felt so good. I was surprised how quick the procedure was and the aftercare was just perfect. The prescription was sent immediately to my pharmacy. I was given the right tools for relief, like the syringe and the gel pad. Throughout my care from Dr. Trevino, he reassured me and was empathetic about my anxiety about my condition. He has a cool, calm, collective manner and exudes confidence and trust. I will definitely return to him for any procedure and you can bet I will leave him great reviews! I'm glad there is someone in Laredo that does what he does!

In witch a hour later I did not get an update I had to call back and offer my information once again that seemed to never had been in their data base in the first place. 5 hours later of patiently waiting still no call back and I decided to call once again & once again no information regarding if so I was covered with my insurance or not & if I could give them my information a third time for a call back on Monday. This is by the far the most horrible service the third time I had called they never answered and also forward me to a lady who said she didn't work the front office. And when I asked who their supervisor was they said her name and hanged up. Really rude. I was patient until they had me playing phone tag and figuring out answers on my own and wasting my time.

Can't recommend this place enough. I drove all the way from Austin to have dental jobs done, (root…read morecanals, fillings, crown, cavities) and they were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. I came three times and every time they treated me with kindness and patience and each time they called me to confirm the appt one day before and when I asked for prices and costs, they were very straight forward with me. Being the first time having a root canal done I was very nervous but Dr. Muskis made the whole experience very pleasant, also Dr. Medina did a tremendous job with my crowns and Dr. Montalvo made my cavities procedure very enjoyable, each time I was so tired with having few hours of sleep and being a first time mom so... I would fall asleep but they would make sure I was awake and would just talk to me for me to be present in the procedure and all of them were very understandable about my situation and for that I am very grateful. My only suggestion is to make sure reception explains how the procedures will go, I was under the impression I could have everything done in one visit (which I know it was not that way because my relatives would tell me about the personal root canal story lol) anyway.
