Terrible! Negative stars! I've never experienced such blatant incompetence. I started with them in…read moreearly December to be sure that the taxes were done early. They submitted the return for my review the *day before taxes were due*. The return showed $65,000 more in income than Quickbooks showed!!! I told them that it didn't agree with QB. There was no response. I had to quickly get an extension request in the mail before midnight; they did nothing. A week or so later, they submitted another return for review. It showed $75,000 more than Quickbooks as income! Even *more* incorrect. I asked again; the third time it showed $21,000 more than Quickbooks. They cannot explain why they determined the amount was different and why it was different from Quickbooks. And they can't get it right. Later I discovered, they added transactions in Quickbooks that were for review! They had no authority to do this, and they had no idea what the transactions were for! They just categorized them randomly and didn't ask me or tell me. The transactions were not in the year of the return so there was no need for them to touch them. By that time I discovered all the changes, it was difficult to determine what the transactions were for and difficult to sort out. It's unbelievable that they would make changes to Quickbooks without any idea what they were doing! For example, they would categorize an ACH payment as "Loans Payable" when there was absolutely no reason to think it was such. I would expect they would at least ask or inform me! They made changes to an employee record. When I inquired, they said that I told them I was having issues with unemployment - this was false. They said that the Audit Log would show a change even if none was made - also false. They could not tell me what they changed. They filed tax registration with a state and denied doing so! I don't have the paperwork and can't get it. There's much more! They should not be in business. If you're looking to pay significantly more taxes than you owe, need them to file registrations on your behalf without your authorization and then deny it, and need your Quickbooks transactions randomly categorized, then CBH is for you. Run, run, run!
